We liked our week we stayed manager is friendly and helped us with a good price thank you again for that all the work force there were kind room was clean looked like they were renovating or something at least the outside was getting painted thank you again I will recommend your establishment to my my friends and family when they come in from Boston to visit

I am absolutely in love with the stylish interior and the cleanliness is impeccable I will totally be booking at the east Kilgore location in Kalamazoo Michigan again hopefully sooner than later ... I feel like a queen here ... Thank you comfort inn 1550 east Kilgore Kalamazoo Michigan if you don't believe me take a look for your self I have stayed at pretty much every hotel chain there is and this one here is right up there with the best of them... In town for a Junior roller derby bout. I’m so glad I chose this place. Fridge, microwave, plenty of outlets and USB ports. Everything is clean and pretty new looking. The gentleman who has been working today, Trey, was extremely welcoming. Besides that, I’ve seen him working hard all evening. I sat for a while in the lobby, drinking fresh coffee, reading a book and was very comfortable. I hope to be in town again and will stay here.

Check in was smooth and acknowledgement of status was offered. Spacious and clean rooms at a great price during the week. The weekend price was a bit more spendy but combining the weekday and weekend prices made it extremely affordable for the area. Front desk personnel was friendly and curtious. Breakfast had a wide selection and tasted great! Even though we didn't use the pool and hot tub it did look inviting, and fun for those using it.

Food served at conference was not good, but food at Burdick’s hit the spot. TV did not work for 2 out of 4 nights. Toilets are so low to ground. Bathrooms are smallest I have ever seen for a hotel. Would have liked a lightweight blanket on bed, but beds are very comfy. We made hotel reservations early, but surprised we did not get bed type we reserved and in talking to others, they did not neither. Staff was all friendly.
