Overall, everything was fine. The only downside was that the air conditioning didn't work. The breakfast was okay for the price, but could have been better. The guy at reception was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here last week on a Saturday night. Can't leave review on the booking website because my friend made the reservation. Directly on the other side of the wall from our rooms was a noisy nightclub, so I spent pretty much the entire night listening to reggaeton music, banging and shouting. I could actually hear the conversations of people on the other side of the wall. For the rest, it was OK for the price, but since I only slept for 2 hours it hardly matters. You have to assume that the hotel are aware of this situation. A warning would have been appreciated so that we could have chosen a hotel where we could actually have slept. Stay in Oviedo ruined as a result.

The hotel is cheap and clean, but there are four pubs below it. It is very well located in the centre of town. The breakfast is acceptable and the staff is very good too. However, access by car and the pub issue are something that makes it a disadvantage as an option for the weekend, at least.

Very familiar hotel, Sara and the guy at reception were charming, very clean room, with en-suite bathroom. Very complete breakfast, many options to choose from, and very much like being in your own kitchen. It's hard to find it on the first day. But the location of the hotel is very good for seeing the entire old town. Less than 2 minutes away you are in the entire old town. If I were to return to Gijon I would return to Nap Puebla. Terrible management and lack of empathy. I called the hotel the night before my reservation to let them know I couldn't keep my booking due to the death of a close relative. They directed me to speak to Booking directly (who told me they would speak with the hotel since it was their decision whether or not to refund my money). I requested a change of dates, but they told me nothing could be done. And three days later, I received the charge. Don't book at this hotel; it's no wonder they have such poor reviews.

I think we got the room in the photo. It was exactly the same. The mattress and pillows were great. Breakfast was more than adequate. Everything was very clean. I'm very happy with our choice of hotel. We wanted to spend a fun long weekend in Oviedo, and this was the perfect hotel. Everything was close and accessible: restaurants, bars, nightlife, and the historic center.
