Awesome stay! The staff at the front desk were professional & friendly. The woman running the breakfast was incredibly friendly, helpful & efficient keeping all the food items fresh & filled while also greeting people & cleaning tables. My room was clean with all the amenities & a very comfortable bed. The room was also very quiet considering how busy the hotel was. Before checking out, I enjoyed a swim in the pool. Although Google has a photo of a hot tub, the hotel website is accurate in that there is no hot tub. The coffee items being in the bathroom was a little odd. I had a great stay & highly recommend this hotel.

In contrast to some recent Best Western stays, this property was CLEAN (no science experiments growing in the shower - bonus points!). The room was comfortable and everything worked. They are ‘pet friendly’ for an acceptable $15/night for our little dog. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The “hot breakfast” only works if you count the waffle maker (yum) and toaster. All the rest was cold cereal, fruit and packaged pastries (it filled the hole but McDonalds is just up the street). But, again, the breakfast spot was CLEAN. The parking lot was well lit so we felt like it was safe to leave the truck overnight. The price was right and if we’re ever back in the area, would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. I booked a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. When I got to the room I immediately knew something didn't look right. The room was considerably smaller than what the pictures showed. I could pretty much tell right off the bat that there was not enough room between the bed and the sofa, to unfold the sofa. After attempting to open the sofa bed, the sofa bed opened up leaning onto the king bed, I called the front desk asking how we were supposed to use the sofa bed. She told me the furniture would have to be rearranged and she could send her guy up, but he didn't speak English, or I could move the sofa myself. I had to move the lamp and turn the sofa 45*. Upon moving it I discovered a potato chip and a pair of socks from under the sofa. Later I went to use a bath towel and it was dirty. There was a fork left in the dishwasher which prompted me to check out the silverware in the drawer, where I found several pieces were dirty.
