This is a unique hotel, perched on the hilltop of Montesano village. It has old charm and lots of character.
Our room was spacious and with castle-themed furniture. We had a private terrace patio which was huge and offered a spectacular view across the area.
The girl at the reception, Elsa, was very kind and informative.
We had dinner at the restaurant of the hotel and it was delicious.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a hidden gem.
Parking at the property is free.

Have (unfortunately) only stayed once. Was probably a monastery in the 16th century. Hotel for 5 years. Great views. Tastefully furnished rooms, some with a terrace. Dinner at the hotel from a set menu. We'd love to come back here!

L'anno scorso per staccare 24h,abbiamo deciso di prenotare in questo hotel che ci ha colpito subito oltre che per la posizione anche per la sua bellezza. Palazzo storico recuperato con cura,il personale del ricevimento disponibile, la camera arredata con cura , la piccola spa che è presente in hotel è una chicca. Abbiamo cenato in hotel e devo dire che è stato molto piacevole, sia per la location e sia per il cibo. La colazione è stata la nota un pò stonata, per la bellezza e la cura di quel palazzo dovrebbe essere presentata in altro modo ed avere più scelta, ma nel complesso buona. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo

Ottimo per soste brevi e visitare questa parte del Cilento con molte mete d'interesse nelle vicinanze. Palazzo suggestivo, ristrutturato in modo conservativo con bella ed ampia piscina riscaldata aperta fino alle 22. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti visitando i dintorni all'insegna del relax. Unica nota stonata il cibo, ci aspettavamo buon cibo genuino e quantità giuste e fatto salvo i primi piatti tranne uno (trofie con verdure e asparagi totalmente anonimo e slavato) i secondi sinceramente improponibili con porzioni povere e senza passione. Non si può proporre in una location del genere hamburgher ripieno e patatine fritte o un misero fuso di pollo (con una leggera crosta di mandorle). Per non parlare dei muffin salati con all'interno filamenti di plastica 😱... prontamente ritirati. La colazione cmq abbondante e con prodotti fatti in loco, buona. L'hotel merita davvero e senza alcuna riserva ma deve essere sostenuto con una cucina all'altezza del suo rango, peccato.

Si tratta di un palazzo storico ben curato nel suo interno , La stanza standard pulita e di normale ampiezza , con piccola finestra e affaccio su terrazzo molto panoramico. Ottima colazione con prodotti fatti in casa, buona la cena con menù alla carta ma con poca scelta Deludente il servizio SPA, sicuramente da migliorare. Ambiente freddo, con una piccola piscina interna con acqua riscaldata, presenza di bagno turco e sauna accese solo su richiesta, mancanza di personale qualificato per sopperire a qualsiasi esigenza. Infine proporrei un restauro esterno e una pulizia delle erbacce sull'ingresso principale per dare un impatto più favorevole al cliente che di primo colpo può notare un vecchio rudere senza insegna e poco illuminato

Experiencia fantastica: lugar bucolico e acolhedor, atendimento personalisado e muito gentil, comida digna dos melhores restautantes. O Hotel fica numa antiga construção mas possii equipamentos como chaves eletronicas e itens como janelas isolante. Os itens de ammenities de primeira qualidade. Precisava de melhorar as fotos e o marketing pois é um lugar maravilhoso para destino lua de mel ou mesmo turismo rural.

Location accogliente e curata, ci è stato riservato un tavolo con una splendida vista sul sottostante Vallo di Diano. L'atmosfera era quella tranquilla di un bel borgo di montagna, Montesano Sulla Marcellana. Personale attento e professionale, piatti genuini preparati con cura.
