Novotel Paris Centre Bercy Reviews

Comparing with Marseille Centre Novotel Suites this one is absolutely not so good. But Receptionist are nice they are good staff. Room is quite small, not good for family only suitable for take trains or just 1 night sleeps. 巴黎豪华酒店首选Pullman或者选择La de fense 区域地铁站那个Melia。其他都是老破小照骗。不然就是一晚1200euro的Ritz才能满足要求。整个欧洲就没几家凯宾斯基就很能说明问题。 隔壁公园有个汽车站，卫生程度那就真是欧洲之耻辱。欧洲人自己Google评论区发的。

Nothing to complain! Very clean hotel with good service and good room design. Can provide toothbrush, paste and other toileteries.

Clean hotel and great location. The room is new as recently renovated. The only bad thing is that the aircon is not adjustable. Overall still recommended.

The only reason to stay at Novotel Bercy is the price. The location is not very good, it is not very central and the area around the hotel does not seem to safe. The check-in was slow. I think they gave me a bad room near the elevator since i booked through C-Trip, a Chinese app. The rooms are not soundproofed, so with i arrived i heard a baby crying next door until midnight. After that the people in the room above mine were often very noisy, it sounded like they were often moving furniture, even at 5am. But the rooms have carpet! So i can't understand the loud sounds. Very bothersome.They don't provide normal pillows, only very short or square pillows. The cleanliness is below average, as i found long hair in the shower. The shower is tiny, and they also have a bathtub which I would never use. The room size for Paris is ok, not bad.The TV is not bad too.

The worst hotel experience in my life, a four-star hotel with no service at all, every staff in the hotel is extremely indifferent and unreasonable! My friend and I chose this Novotel for convenience because we were watching a concert nearby. It should have been a happy night, but it was all ruined by this hotel. When we returned to the hotel to take a shower after watching the concert late at night, it was already 3:30 in the morning. We found that the hair dryer was broken, so we called the reception staff for help. He said he would send us a new spare hair dryer to our room, but he didn't come and didn't respond after waiting for half an hour. We could only call for help again, but the staff said that we needed to go to the reception to get the spare hair dryer ourselves. At that time, our hair was wet and we were still wearing pajamas, but he did not show any empathy or desire to provide service, but just coldly asked us to go to the reception to get the hair dryer ourselves. Finally, under our strong protest, he was very unhappy and sent the hair dryer to our room. When we checked out the next day, they took the initiative to ask us how we felt about our stay. We answered truthfully about the bad experience last night, but the staff asked us in a sarcastic manner if we really knew how to use the hair dryer? After we confirmed it again and again, she just shrugged and said sorry indifferently, without any other compensation or comfort. It was an incredible experience, terrible, if you want a hotel with no service experience and management, unreasonable staff and no hotel disposables and bottled mineral water, you can choose this worst hotel in the world to ruin your happy trip.

The room was satisfactory, but you must get an invoice when you pay the city tax at the hotel, or pay it when you leave the hotel. We paid it when we arrived at the hotel, but when we left, it was not the staff who asked us to pay again. After a long explanation, the manager there came and let us leave.

Impeccable hotel, perfectly located next to line 14 which allows you to cross Paris and go to Orly. Very clean room and quality bedding are there. The breakfast offers a wide range of products for all tastes. This hotel is perfect

Prime location. Very clean hotel and attentive staff. Exceptional breakfast, lots of choice and quality product.

It's pretty good. The room is relatively large, but there are no slippers and toothbrushes. Everything else is pretty good. I stayed here to watch the Olympic basketball game.
