GGuest UserClean and spacious room, bed isbvery comfortable. . The toilet is open concept hence not very ideal unless it is couples sharing the room. Has a round table instead of a working table which is also not too suitable to do work on. WIFI is a little unstable at times, may affect online conference meeting connectivity.

TTXpatNice hotel and staff. We only stayed one night before our return home, but very pleased. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location but streets are narrow with no sidewalks, so preferred to travel by tuktuk.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great ambient, nice minimalistic modern design and all the hotel staffs are pleasant and nice. We had a great time staying and will come back again whenever back to Phnom Penh again.
Location is great, a short walk to the King’s Palace and by the riverside promenade.
The roof top restaurant has a great view. The food quality serves are good.

AAirborn63The hotel is just few years old, modern decor with good bed, balcony, fridge, kettle and it is clean.
Next door is a restaurant where breakfast is served as well as lunch or evening meal. It is in a quiet location giving good night sleep. If you prefer to eat elsewhere there are plenty of places nearby.
Based short tuctuc ride from the airport.
Definitely value for money, I will be returning.

AAndrew WhayThe location is superb. I was just arrive and couldn’t find the hotel as it’s located inside the bar. The staff is great that reach me out from the entrance.
You can find lot of food, drink anything like you need. It’s all walking distance. I’d love to stay here again. If you need a window. Because I’ve booked without window since I’m travelling alone. This is the 3rd time I’m staying in Phnom Penh… Solo traveller!!!

EErik StawAll good except for a particular approach to customer’s finances. I asked them for anti diarrhea medication and hotel staff said that they didn’t have it but they could buy it for me. They sent a security man upstairs but we couldn’t communicate. I used a translation software to say that I wanted one box. They left and never came back. Later I found that he needed money from me to buy the medication. Seriously??? The hotel didn’t have few measly dollars to use to buy the meds?? And then of course add this money to out hotel bill. They had our 20 dollar deposit anyway. Not good to offer help and then screw it up.

AAnonymous UserAurea Delight Hotel is honestly a super comfy and convenient place to stay. The room was clean, the bed was really cozy, and everything felt nice and fresh. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with, always helping out when needed. Plus, the location is great, near Central Market and super easy to get around. a nice and chill hotel for the price. Would stay again!

GGuest UserGreat views from suite room with windows that can be opened for fresh air. We didn't use air-conditioning. I liked that the appliances like fridge were left unplugged. First time it made me think about whether I really need to buy that cold drink which then means turning on the fridge. So these little things to reduce consumption is good.

KKarma DorjeThe hostel was rather quiet this late November evening. No towel was provided. I was assigned a lower capsule and thankfully there were no bedbugs.
I noticed that they did upgrade the shower/bathrooms. Wish they had a couple of urinals though. A sewer smell unfortunately hangs in the air.
Still, I love the capsule concept the most. Having met someone suffering from COVID-19 in another hostel dorm just the week before has reinforced this 100-fold. As such, this capsule dorm is the best there is in Phnom Penh.
