"I have a great stay at this property. You can request for a room facing BGC so you can have an awesome view of the BGC skyline. Check in is super fast and efficient. Room is nice and the property is a short walk to Estancia Mall. My only gripe is the slowish wifi. Overall, reccomended property."

"We recently stayed at Red Planet Ortigas and what we liked the most was its location. It’s right in the heart of Ortigas, making it very convenient for both business and leisure. Major offices, malls like SM Megamall and The Podium, and plenty of dining options are all within walking distance or just a short ride away. The accessibility is excellent — whether you’re commuting by public transport or using ride-hailing apps, it’s quick and easy to get around. I was able to maximize my time in the city without spending too much of it in traffic. However, it should be noted that the hotel does not provide slippers or a dental kit by default. These are available for purchase at the front desk for ₱45, so it’s best to bring your own if you want to save on extras. Overall, the location makes this hotel a solid choice for travelers who value convenience and want to be close to everything in Ortigas."

"Had an extended stay, transferred to a twin bed this time. Surprisingly, the room was more spacious than that of the superior king. Enjoyed my stay and had a good night’s rest. Would recommend staying here, whether you’re on a budget or not. Suggestion: for a better experience, you might want to choose a room that’s near the elevator just for convenience and easier access to the water dispenser as well. 😉 As for food, choices within the vicinity are unlimited. Whether you opt for mall food, Korean, Filipino, Japanese cuisine or fast food, everything is within easy reach. Plus, Starbucks is conveniently located at the ground floor for your daily coffee fix. 😊"

"The Standard Double Room was just that - Standard. Despite my request when booking, the room assigned was still close to the elevator. The rooms are not soundproof enough so you will definitely hear noise from the hallway outside. The amenities inside the room were lacking. No slippers provided despite the tile floors being cold. No phone inside your room, you can only call using the hallway phone. No mini fridge, only 2 drinking glasses provided and you could get water from the dispenser at the hallway. The bathroom only had towels and liquid body soap, there were no free toothbrushes you could use. The hotel staff were nice and were able to accommodate my request for a late check-out. Although it would be better if they can apply it already during check-in and not wait until the check-out date to check for the availability. There were only 2 elevators that could be used and they are very very very slow. Average waiting time from the lobby was almost 5 minutes and above. The hotel itself does not have any facilities but they offer a 5% discount for the Seoul Eats restaurant at the back. Overall, if you just need an affordable room for the night then this is the place to go but don't expect too much from it."

"Everything was great, especially at Kalesa Cafe. There were plenty of options at the buffet, and the overall dining experience felt classy. It’s a good place for business, family gatherings, or couples like us who love to travel and book stays often. I really appreciated the service, the staff were all smiles, very attentive, and made us feel welcome. The only downside was the bathroom amenities. We were only given one shower gel, one shampoo, and one bar soap even though there were two of us. In other hotels, even if we’re just a couple, we usually get two of each. We didn’t bother to ask for more since we were only staying for one night after my husband’s conference nearby, and honestly, I’m a bit shy when it comes to asking if something’s missing or kulang in the room. The photo is of the hot chocolate I had during breakfast, this one goes on my list as the third best hot chocolate I’ve had at a hotel. The first is from a hotel in Palawan, and the second is also somewhere in Pasig. I loved the presentation 😅 it looked just like a latte 😍"

"This is an old one, which reflects in all amenities, rooms etc. The rooms, depending what you choose, are spacious. But all is old, although the bed, linnen and shower are good. Clean, pillows good and strong pressure shower. They have a gym for all you needs, swimming pool and steam and sauna. All nice , but can be smelly due to the fact it is.... yes old. Breakfast is simple but good, some asian food but also they can make you eggs on your whishes. Location if your business is in Ortigas is great, close to Megamall and Shangri la mall, with good food options. At the end it is all about what you pay for the room."

"Exchange Regency: poor front desk comm with security. food deliver is to be picked up at basement 1 which is hot. electricity for hot water is per visitor's request. image on advertisement is not true vs. actual room. Coffee table for two is missing. toilet layout very poor. door does not open fully. desk lamp on desk missing. No considwration for senior guests."

"Stay was smooth and fine. Consistently, the AC of the rooms have issues, my previous 2 stays were similar where the AC was weak and leaked. I requested for a room change on Day 2/4 during this stay, and was met with them saying ”leave the room and wait in the lobby for an hour while we fix it.” which I didn't agree to, as I wanted a room change. They eventually gave me a new room with functioning AC, and the rest of my stay went fine. The housekeeping staff are kind and courteous. Breakfast buffet is good, but the food runs out fast due to the volume of people eating, but they work on refilling it as best as they can. The yoghurt is always in limited quantities. The milk tastes diluted and odd. Overall, still worth it for the price you pay. I'd come back, but I'll be firm when demanding a room with functioning AC."
