The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. My room was small, but cosy. There is a decent pool with wet and finnish sauna. The breakfast service needs improvement, as well as cleaning.

The bad room is very bad: hands-on, forced to be folded to not beat your head (also in the bathroom); old furniture, decent cleaning, small windows. Despite this, the hotel hides very beautiful and ancient parts (a wonderful reading room at the third floor, breakfast room, a common balcony with table and chairs, the outer face covered with hera) but as the name suggests, it needs much Fortune I am about the room. Good breakfast, not very good (including that it was paid separately). A friendly and very available staff, this is. Eventually beds or cuffs for small children for payment. Possibility to leave baggage after check-out. The location is certainly exceptional, almost in the centre, but it is also to be borne in mind that being close to the rooms and restaurants there will be a lot of noise at night and night. Attention to reach the hotel in car, because to get out the area you pass through very narrow streets. In the end, it was very comfortable to walk, but it was quite too expensive for the old and decrepit room they have turned us back (and they don't show any photos on the internet).

We spent 12 days in Umbria and used Perugia as our home base. This lovely hotel is about 10 minutes from the center of Perugia. You must have a rental car to stay here as the bus rarely comes by and it is not within walking distance of Perugia center. We had a car so no issues for us, There is excellent on site free parking. The hotel is wonderful. Big thanks to the fabulous Jessica and Aymen at the front desk! They helped us every day and made dinner reservations for us several times. They were always warm, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and lovely. The shower is small, but typical for Europe. The buffet breakfast included in the room rate is phenomenal. There is nothing they have not thought of to serve!! The staff at breakfast are also absolutely lovely. We had a wonderful time at this hotel!! Highly recommend.

Comfortable parking, comfortable bed, excellent shower, air-frokost and discrete. A little old but functional hotel for business. A bottle of water and snack at the start, very appreciated.

This review is actually difficult to write. The property itself is located at a beautiful location. With that being said, the staff are not genuine and do not enforce ”rules” consistently nor with any rhyme or reason. For instance we went down to the spa area to get a tour of what we could experience. We were not wearing the issued spa shoes, so we were not given a tour. Not even offered to use some spa shoes due to ours being in our room. Yet when we were in the spa for a pool visit, we saw no less than 3 couples being shown around wearing regular street shoes. Also people are not supposed to be talking on their phones or listening to audible music. At least two guests were when we were at the pool. Overall the spa is severely overpriced and overly hyped. Quite frankly it's not impressive. Along the lines of rules, men are are supposed to wear pants in the restaurant at dinner, yet I saw men wearing shorts. Also once again people were chatting on their phones. The breakfast was good, but dinner was a huge disappointment. We ate dinner twice. The food was indeed presented well. But the taste was lacking. During a four course dinner, my appetizer of fried cod was essentially room temperature as if it was cooked 10-15 min earlier. It was not of good quality taste either. The rest of my ”hot” food for the 1st and 2nd courses were also NOT hot. My ravioli were warm at best. For my 2nd course only part of my pork dish was actually hot. And staff NEVER checked to see if the food was prepared properly or to your liking. My wife's one course was barely touched, not a single question was asked. Also we weren't even offered a wine list! we were shocked!!!!!!!!! The portion sizes are extremely small and over priced. One morning there was NO hot water. Called the front desk, they had someone to find what the problem was. Once it was fixed about 90 minutes later, they never called us to let us know. For the price we paid for the room ,they could've at least called us to let us know we had hot water again. They charge a flat fee of 30 Euros to charge an electric car each time. Our rental car was a plug in hybrid that had a small battery which could charge rather quickly. There was a language barrier. I was under the impression the fee to use the charger would be only 30 euros for our entire stay due to the battery not being for a fully electric car. That is not the case. Even for a fully electric vehicle, paying 30 euros is way too pricey. Depending where your room is located you have a long walk up or down ad very long walkway that is NOT level. IT's actually on a fairly steep incline/decline. Upon checkout they sent the person to help load bags to the wrong part of the hotel two times. I will discuss the staff last. The staff here pretends to act friendly. They seem very uptight and not at all genuine. Our entire stay here we did not feel like we could relax. Very nice place, close to the historical city of Assisi. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice rooms, very comfortable. All essentials were present. Good food. Parking in front. Nice walkings around; stunning garden. The meeting rooms are quite good as well.

Touched and fled at Umbria Jazz:A very well-kept hotel, very small single room but clean and comfortable, abundant breakfast. Located in the municipality of Ponte San Giovanni, 8 minutes by car from the center of Perugia. I didn't get the pool to try, I think I was satisfied. Ps:For Umbria Jazz's week, it would be useful to provide a shipping service even for payment (have a shipping service in the parking). Other hotels already do it and would just have 4/5 races per day to give a top service.
