The best decision I made in Shangri-La was choosing this guesthouse; it single-handedly made my entire high-altitude trip enjoyable! The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from Dukezong Ancient Town's Moonlight Square and the Giant Prayer Wheel. It’s wonderfully quiet yet centrally located, perfect for exploring and dining out, then returning to a peaceful retreat. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. Most importantly, it came with an individual oxygen concentrator, which meant I wasn't worried about altitude sickness at all on my first high-altitude trip, and I slept incredibly soundly. The owner is super enthusiastic, offering free airport transfers both ways. The breakfast was varied, with delicious Yunnan rice noodles, and the service was attentive yet unobtrusive. Any requests were handled super quickly. It offers an immersive ******* living experience while still providing modern comforts. Next time I'm in Shangri-La, I'll definitely stay here again. I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting Diqing!

My boyfriend and I rented a car to tour Panna Hai, and chose to stay at this B&B in Panna Hai for one night – it was absolutely worth it! The yard is huge, and there's a big dog to play with. The hotel provides oxygen equipment, so no worries about altitude sickness. The air on the vast grassland is super fresh, and lying in bed, the view from the floor-to-ceiling window is like a beautiful painting. We had a wonderfully comfortable stay. The hotel offers breakfast, and the room comes with bread and biscuits. The service was really great~

Coming to Shangri-La, I was most worried about altitude sickness, but this guesthouse completely put all my concerns to rest! The room has a whole-house diffused oxygen supply, running 24/7, not like an old individual oxygen concentrator. The oxygen throughout the room is even and gentle, making breathing incredibly smooth. I didn't experience any headache or chest tightness on my first day at high altitude and slept soundly at night, without needing to lug around an oxygen tank. The room was clean and warm, the owner was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, and the location is very close to the ancient town. If you're prone to altitude sickness, don't hesitate to book here. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

Location: Near Napa Lake, I could see the sunrise and beautiful lake views just by drawing the curtains. It's far from the bustling city, so I slept peacefully and soundly at night. Estate environment: Absolutely beautiful, with many lovely flowers. There's a bar overlooking the lake, a picturesque swing, and every step offers a new stunning view. It's truly my ideal courtyard for retirement. Service: The bar attendant was incredibly enthusiastic. We arrived very late at night, and he still came to help us with our luggage and prepared an oxygen machine for us. The next morning, he brought us coffee and fruit. We even received a souvenir when we left – so thoughtful! Hygiene: Thoughtfully provided disposable bath and face towels. The bedding was also very clean and comfortable, ensuring a very restful sleep.

This hotel was the best stay of my trip in Sichuan / Yunnan. I cherish the countryside and i was apply to go out of the city to enjoy the slow life, the real life with nature and animals. This stay gave me everything! The owners, 仁安 里 and Jiren, welcomed me like a was family. I was starving and they invited me to have dinner with them. It was really nice and i felt really included into their community. The room was spacious, luminous, and confortable with a huge bed ! I really loved staying on the sofa in the morning, when the sun was blazing. The breakfast was good and generous. My favorite day was to discover the surrounding of the hotel, walking in the village, seeing all the cute animals (cows, baby cows, dogs, cats, poneys, roosters). The owner was so considerate to me, he drove me to Shangri-La city center because no taxis were available. Visiting the old town, i was so happy to have chosen a hotel away from this touristic place. He also picked me up and drop me off at the train station. I would absolutely recommend and return to this hotel. I loved it very much. It gave me the opportunity to relax, discover ******* culture and amazing people, and live the slow life. Thanks again, and Tashi Delek !

It was okay, but it didn't quite live up to its price. It has some unique features, but I feel like a regular B&B could offer the same. If I could rate the food, I'd give it 1/5; it was a bit unappetizing. The staff, however, were quite good and responded very quickly. Though I do think more training would be beneficial. For instance, if the restaurant only serves light meals after regular meal times, they could inform guests instead of just telling us there's no lunch and sending us away. Or, for example, the bakery staff knew that buying two boxes of bread allows for shipping, they could have reminded us when we chose just one. In any case, the staff members themselves are quite nice, but their professionalism could use some improvement.

I absolutely love this guesthouse and highly recommend it!!! The owners are a very warm and kind couple. I stayed here for four nights and was extremely satisfied! It's located within Dukezong Ancient City. When you arrive, just call the owner and they'll come pick you up and even help with your luggage. Most importantly, the room is spotless and tidy, and all toiletries are single-use. The view from outside the room is incredibly beautiful – the kind you could just lie in bed and admire all day! On my last night, I had booked a double room, but the owner kindly upgraded me for free. I could even see the prayer wheel right from my room! When I left early in the morning, they even dropped me off at my departure point. I was so happy; I feel like my entire trip was wonderful and comfortable!!!

I have traveled for more than two months and stayed in the most satisfying one. The room is very large, very clean, the decoration is very new, the high-end Tibetan residential decoration, there is floor heating in the whole house oxygen supply, smart toilet, and breakfast. Parking in the scenic area is very convenient. The room scenery is very good. I chose this place because of the quiet parking lot. It’s not far to various scenic spots. There is a viewing platform 50 meters next to the homestay. The scenery is beautiful and the price is very high. Especially the landlord is very caring and enthusiastic. I have been asking what I need. The bed is very comfortable. It is the first choice for Shangri-La. It is highly recommended as a senior traveler! ! !

Exceeded expectations! The environment is top-notch; I could see the Thirteen Peaks of Yulong Snow Mountain right from my bed. The rooftop viewing platform offers panoramic views of the stunning scenery. The room was clean and tidy, and aside from being a little small, I couldn't find any faults. What's especially commendable is the restaurant – great food at reasonable prices. They offer a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, so there's definitely something for everyone. Everything is made fresh to order, no pre-made meals, and even the dough is kneaded on the spot. Plus, the food comes out surprisingly fast – a truly excellent experience. The only suggestion I have is to tidy up the area around the stairs in Building E, perhaps by adding some flowers and plants to make it even more beautiful.
