The aunt gave us a free upgrade of the room. The arrangement on the third floor has a good view of the sea. The balcony is the sea to go out. I will come back next year and will stay at my aunt's house ❤️

I decided to go to Pingtan temporarily. There was no room to book during the holidays. I checked several restaurants and finally decided to choose this place. The homestay is clean and tidy. The entrance to the village is just a small slope. It is very easy to find. The car can be parked at the entrance of the temple or on the roadside to the entrance of the village. There is no parking fee. The homestay is run by a mother and daughter. The people are very nice and enthusiastic. They also sent water and fruits to eat. We ordered a room with a sea view, and it looked beautiful from the window in the morning. The bed and breakfast has breakfast, 10 yuan per person, it is the porridge, eggs, steamed buns cooked by the aunt herself...you can eat it at will, it feels very good, clean and hygienic. If you want to eat seafood noodles, you can also let your aunt cook it. It seems to be 20 yuan, and there are other things too. They are all clearly marked, and the price/performance ratio is quite high. But the sea breeze is a bit loud at night, the windows are a little noisy, and everything else is pretty good. Overall it is very good.

酒店很豐富 點評有價值 報銷憑證 ，價格優惠 付款方便 ，關於風景非常棒，價格合理什麼的大家明眼能看出的優點就不贅述了，主要還是要稱讚一下這裏的服務真的非常棒，什麼都給你打理的很好，我們最後一天離店的時候晚了一些，和店家溝通和很愉悦，表示理解，沒有多算錢，真的是寶藏旅社，真心推薦。

就是不太好找，房間就是村民自己改的，隔音效果，沒有隔音，我們房間就在一樓的前台旁邊，早上很早老闆就在門口刷視頻，直接把我們吵醒，房間非常小，但是島上這個價位這個條件也就還能接受吧！至少還算乾淨。

非常不滿意，位置不好找不説，早晨六點不到房主一家 就在外面搞衞生拖把撞門撞牆聲，説話聲 吵的睡不着，黴味太大受不了，房間和網上圖片差別太大，窗户就是個擺設 一點不通風，房間小的連個放箱子的空間都沒有，洗髮水沐浴露都是空的，關鍵是有蟲子 ，可能是房子一圈臟亂原因所以才會生小動物的，半夜太嚇人了，早晨又被吵醒 一夜都沒睡好

房間設施一般吧 衞生打掃的很乾凈 環境不是很好 服務態度一般

老闆自己家的房子，天氣原因晚上飛蛾蟲子很多，但老闆很積極的讓家人幫忙殺蟲，態度也很好，對於討厭或者害怕蟲子的人來説要注意，住的迎春，房間不大，衹有一個牀頭櫃和電視下面的小桌子，沒有椅子，回房間衹能坐床上。買東西回來吃或者坐着化個粧什麼的無法實現，當然價位不高還要什麼自行車。還有，酒店不能開票，衹能配合平台讓其代開，但在平台訂的説開票衹能找酒店，所以不知要怎麼搞，需要發票的記得提前問好，以免影響。

北港村村口，經過土地廟100米，過了風中旅行左邊有個小坡上去即達。 平潭的民宿大多數是自己洗布草，紫外線消毒暴曬也許是最好的消毒方式，每天早上，主人都在拆洗床單，洗完到樓頂晾曬。隨意拍了幾張照片，我這種住店先看衞生間的人也覺得乾淨整潔。 少有酒店點評，這次入住還未離開我就想為這家店點讚了。國慶假期入住客人多，外婆，女兒，外孫女都在店裡忙碌，外婆躬腰在那裡墊床單，女兒在拆洗晾曬，外孫女也當了媽媽，在前台搞接待，這樣的畫面真的很温暖。五分的評價，是他們的經營理念，查詢了下節假日和淡季的房價，小幅幾十元的變動，不像當地好多民宿價格翻倍甚至更多，硬件，服務和價格完全不匹配。國慶期間，住客租用主人電動車也和平日價格一樣，村裡的電動車都比她家高百分之50以上。 在平潭旅行身體又突發狀況，沒法出門，就在沁園跟吃了幾餐，地瓜粥，麪線，還有個叫不出的肉湯，滿滿的回憶，等有假期再到平潭，還會再次入住沁園花香。

首先一打開房間一股潮濕黴味. 其次是被褥很潮 濕乎乎的感覺. 然後床墊很硬 像是木板的感覺. 最後晚上很吵 不隔音 洗衣服的聲音 樓上或者隔壁沖水的聲音 外面説話的聲音 不絕於耳 一夜沒睡好…
