隔音太差，隔壁一羣人喝多了發瘋打電話前台也不管，説是沒有保安，入住的時候給兩個卡也不説明哪個卡是電梯卡哪個是房卡、入住後房間還有蟲子，我就想問作為一個全國連鎖酒店難道就不進行消殺嗎？

1、晚上睡覺有蟲子飛來飛去。
2、房間味道很重，第一晚入住就開始頭疼。
3、床頂的燈睡覺關不了。
4、對面就是學校，不到八點就非常吵。

非常滿意，出差半年來住過最舒服的酒店。設施新，乾淨，網速快，沒煙味。前台小姐姐人也都超級好。
嘴甜的話，隔壁傢俱城保安亭的大爺還會騎着電車帶你找車位停車，暖心。

訂的酒店，過了晚上十二點了去辦理入住，服務人員説的，時間過了，自動退房了，需要從新訂。到現在也沒收到退款，打電話問前台，前台推給攜程客服，反正就是不管他們的事。很差的體驗。

衞生打掃的不是很徹底，進門地板擦的很隨意，對於一個開業兩年多的新酒店來説，保持的不是太好，空調不是太熱，正常是感覺不到冷，但不穿的厚點或者洗澡的時候是很涼的
