Really a great experience. I was with my husband, we stayed in the privilege suite, perfect! Spacious room, with individual taps, hydro in the bathroom and in the outdoor area with views of the garden, surreally comfortable bed.
The Hotel has a wide variety of restaurants, including Italian, Japanese and steakhouse you must book on the day, the rest just go and wait.
The Japanese restaurant is not so much about the food but about the sushi chef's experience, it's more of a show, incredible!
I recommend the buffet restaurant as it has a variety of cuisine from different countries and the Japanese restaurant.
Unfortunately, we didn't have good service at the restaurant on the beachfront, which is the only criticism!
The resort has several green areas, so you can find several animals, super cute!! We went bowling and they even have karaoke nights, really fun!
I would suggest just having a heated pool, as all of them are not heated.
It's a complete resort, with ice cream parlor, cafe, wonderful. I recommend it to everyone!

Staff and service was wonderful. Our ceiling fan wasn't working, called service and they replaced the fan within 20 minutes. We had a wonderful time, everyone was so helpful and friendly. One of our new favorites

The property was beautiful with plenty of activities for everyone. They had many pools but many were private for privilage guests. I never could figure all that out and it was never explained. They say a nonsmoking property with designated smoking areas but no one said anything to all the smokers. Everywhere people were smoking and you constantly had to smell smoke. Their website said they had vegan dishes but that was not the case at all.

Not on the beach. A good 15 minute walk from where the rooms are. Food is almost inedible. I literally got food poisoning. It’s “schlop” of random things that are not normal. Too many people for how little of amenities. It’s about 1 hour from the airport. The pools you would want to use are for “privilege ” only. People use towels on the beach chairs for days so no where to sit and relax. Horrible experience, such a waste of money.

Ocean Riviera Paradise does truly honor its name. My family and I stayed four nights at the hotel and our stay was nothing short of amazing! Shout out to the great staff, they were always above and beyond with every detail: kindness, cleanliness, hospitality and so on. The food was amazing: great variety and tasty. We tried as many places as we could, but heads up, this place has so many places to eat: from casual dining to snack bars, buffet restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops. We enjoyed Mike’s Coffee every day and night and couldn’t be happier with their service. The room was gorgeous and they surprised us every day with chocolate treats, bed decorations and always refilled mini bar. The SPA was heavenly. Lupe did an excellent job with my wife’s full body massage and facial. We also loved and appreciated the safe and family environment. From the lobby bar to the pool bars, we always felt that every single place in the facility was designed for families with little ones. We would definitely be back soon
