The hotel is very comfortable and clean and the staff is very pleasant with a little fault in a servant who is not left to all the experience. We are also in the centre of the city and very close to Vilagarcia and the train station with which the car has not moved from the garage. We will repeat in the next few years

This hotel was a highlight of our recent visit to Galicia. The photos online seemed perhaps too good to be true, but happily, this place is every bit as good as it looks. It's one of two places in our experience where my wife has said ”Can we afford this?” as we arrived. My best guess about it being truly affordable is that Villagarcia de Arosa is a bit off the beaten path. This is good news for travelers - our room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet was one of the best we encountered, and our dining experiences in the bar were delightful. The only glitch I encountered was, being a massive stone building, that wifi tended not to extend into the rooms. The upside was that when I needed a better connection, I ended up spending more time in the magnificent common areas than I typically do in hotels. Between the gardens/grounds and multiple grand rooms extending off the lobby, this was one of the most enjoyable hotels to explore that I've ever visited.

I put you 1 star because I can't put you 0. I called and I received a reservation of July date, as they assured you did not have the open agenda. I called again two days later to extend from 3 to 4 people, and they told me that the reservations do not exist. We sent back the reservation mail and they called us excuse, assured us that the reservation does not exist but did it by mistake. After weeks, I found out for myself that the agenda was already open on the internet and the prices were. They had not warned us. When they called, they don't want to explain why the agenda was open without having communicated anything. We were given a disordersed budget (nearly € 600 for two nights), when they offered a much lower price on the internet. The lady who attended us again cried and recriminated that we did not take into account the fact that they changed the reservation system. I ask for the data for the complaint sheet and they are dedicated to shouting and telling me that they have to take care of many people today. We expect to receive the data for the complaint, if not, we will go directly to consumption. We expect much more from this hotel. A disappointment and a disappointing public attention.

Wow!!! This place was amazing ! After a long day on the camino checking into this hotel with the beautiful backyard and pool was heaven. Worth every penny ! Very clean hostel which is styled very nice. Room was a little small but we spent our time in the beautiful garden so it wasn’t an issue. They have a lift so nicely accesible.

Bad wifi around the room, however the reception and staff were nice. There was nice breakfast and the hotels were very clean. They would give more amenities however that is not a big deal. The location was not the best as it was next to a motorway in a small countryside town however the place was very quiet which is an advantage.

The hotel is in a small town like a farmhouse. The private house has excellent internal facilities and is much better than the average B&B. Very comfortable. special. There is a big yard.

Everything you’re looking for in a great hotel is right here at the Pousada Real. The staff were excellent. Irina greeted us at the front desk and checked in our group of 9 in record breaking time. Katy at the bar quickly served us cool beverages while we waited for our keys. These ladies are rock stars who love what they do and it shows. The hotel is clean, modern and has a great vibe. The front patio and outdoor back patios are a draw for all. It seemed everyone in town wanted to drink and dine here. Loved the sleek atmosphere and delicious fare. I wish we could stay here one more night. Our guest room is contemporary. The air conditioner is effective and the mattress is firm - not hard like those we’ve been experiencing this past week while walking the Camino. Highly recommend this hotel.
