I looked at the picture of the deluxe double at this hotel and thought this would be a lovely place to stay with a view to match. Sometimes the hotel photos does not always match reality. This is not the case. We walked into the room and went wow! The room was exactly as pictured and the view from our room was stunning! Sunsets over the Charles Bridge and Prague Castle, who could ask for more? In addition, the concierges were extremely helpful. They provided detailed information on how to take transit and where, also optional sites to visit. The breakfasts were excellent and even had optional hot items to choose from. Loved our stay there!!!!

The consistent style of the four seasons is quite satisfactory, no big mistakes and no big joys. The service is also very good. Also received chocolates. There are almost no people in the spa pool, so I went to a private room. The only problem is that I forgot to put the do not disturb sign... and was interrupted many times: cleaning, checking the minibar, refilling the minibar, turning down the bed... a bit annoying... and many others. The doormen greeted each other warmly. It is useless to evaluate foreign hotels here. don't give me feedback either...

The location of the hotel is very good, just in the city center, within walking distance of major famous attractions, that is, there are too few breakfast varieties. There is no parking place, so I parked in the parking lot to walk to the hotel (understandable but not very convenient). When I checked in, I found that the last guest cooked instant noodles in a kettle, and the residue was not washed. I hated such guests very much. The hotel did not clean up. After checking out, I found that the bill was wrong, but fortunately the refund was after the email communication.

Booking from 14/02/2023 to 21/02/2023 for 4 people in BHG APARTMENT We overnight stay in APARTMENT 2 and on 20/02/2023 (dd/mm/yy) from 2 p.m. the water felts in our apartment so we had unease about hygiene and services (cooking included). We talked with reception and they said that we had to wait. At 6 p.m. we called again the reception to search for more information and we waiting until 7:30 p.m. They called us and said that finally we’ve been change our apartment with another. We were really tired (in order to not having a place were we could relax ourselves for hours before go out again in the night). So on, the other apartment was far from the first hotel; far from the central place (OLD TOWN SQUARE) where we want to overnight stay and of what we payed; and it also was in a place not really quite. The apartment was really bad, doesn’t respect the standards of a 4 stars hotel because it was really dirty, smaller, fetiscent and with no services (bidet, terrace, hob, oven…). We hadn’t a room from 2 p.m. if we liked to have a shower, we couldn’t! It was 9 p.m. and we really don’t even know where we had to sleep, where we had to go to the toilet and where we had to put our 6 luggage! The girl who stayed at the reception, Tatsiana, (and her manager too) propose us to have the night free and stay in that bad apartment, and also they will give us a voucher from 200 CROWN (exactly 8 euros) so on we could spend it for a dinner in the terrace with a special sit to admire the view! For what? If we’ve accepted, where we’ve to sleep? Certainly not in that dirty apartment! Obviously we said no and reject her propose (you can’t buy people with money or offer them a voucher from 200 crowns, when they are telling you that don’t have a place to overnight stay!) Over that, she told us that she was already called others hotels looking for a room, but they were all full! And also their sisterhood hotel and their presidential rooms was full! That’s no possibile! There are so many hotels near by Old Town Square! And a real hotel can’t be full on a Monday in February! Hotels always have a spare rooms! After 30/40 minutes a man come to us telling that they found a room in another hotel who was 2 minutes from “Hotel U Prince”! Weren’t it all full?! It was 10 p.m and we were really mad, tired and we couldn’t enjoy our last night in Prague! Leave and learn. I will never recommend this hotel.

Extremely disappointed for a 5 star hotel. It was our second visit to Prague as a couple. We usually travel across Europe several times a year for these occasions. We took a junior suite: deplorable soundproofing, hair in the bathroom, dirty bathtub drain The breakfast is not up to par: fruit juice extra, espresso coffee extra, 2 or 3 varieties of tea in low-end bags, the dining tables are not cleaned as you go. In the breakfast room, some of the staff are not attentive and spend their time ”giggling” leaning 2 or 3 people on the cutlery unit. The vacuum cleaner was done at breakfast time. Only one size of pillow available, these are back pillows, extremely decorative but not very comfortable for sleeping, and if you ask, no other size is possible. Some broken furniture. This spoils an exceptional room, despite everything pleasant staff and a privileged location. In short, for a 3 star Ibis, I would have said excellent, for a 5 star this is not admissible. We won't come back.

Super location. Walkable to most of the main tourist attraction. Lots of restaurants and cafe surrounding. Closed to tram and train station. Grocery also round the corner. The hotel is pretty old. Breakfast is standard, not as good as other hotel I stayed in Prague before. I got a room in building C, which quite long way to go and need to change lift to get to the room. Good point is super quiet room.

Great hotel! We checked in right at 8pm and the receptionist was so nice to stay past closing to get us checked in. We stayed four nights and on the second day we noticed that our sink was leaking water everywhere. We called reception and they immediately came u pro look at the situation and moved us to another room. It was a nicer room which was great but we appreciated how quickly they resolved the problem. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was great. We also liked that there was a fridge and the AC. The location is great because there’s cheaper food places around the hotel but it’s like a 20 minute walk to the main square. Overall we loved this hotel and totally recommend it especially with the price.

So far not impressed with this hotel. Upon check in, clerks were not helpful at all. Traveling as a couple and given a room with single beds. Asked if we could have a single larger bed the response was “ call house keeping and see if they can move the beds together.” Then got to the room and realize the beds are attached to the wall with a permanent night stand in between. Next, wanted to order from room service. The “app” which is just a link to a website, will NOT load, so we literally cannot order from the “online room service” — the only option to order. Tried to connect with the computer, and that didn’t work either. Also was told their is a fridge in the room and you can order items to stock it. Again app won’t load. Also no fridge in room. Wi-Fi is also very week. Zoom business call kept disconnecting. Only given one pillow per bed. Called down to front desk and requested two more. Was told housekeeping would bring them. And hour later, called again since no pillows arrived. We were told housekeeping is closed and they can only take requests in the morning. (This was all before 10 pm.) Looking for other hotel options for the remainder of our stay.

We spent a week here. The exterior of the hotel is reminiscent of the communist era, but the interior of the hotel will make you forget it quickly, so don't be intimidated by the hotel's exterior. The room was clean and very big, the interior was very nice and comfortable. We checked into this hotel with a Firefly voucher at a very reasonable price. The voucher includes hotel breakfast. For a 3-star hotel, this choice is very correct, so we are symmetrically satisfied. The waiter's service is also very good, our check-in and check-out procedures are very fast. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. One night we decided to try to finish our meal a la carte in the hotel restaurant and we were really amazed by the quality of the meal and the quality of the food. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the food is delicious. We had the best risotto in all of Prague. Recommend everyone to try it.

Stayed at the Praha 5 with my husband and two sons plus their girlfriends (all in their 20s). We were all impressed with the wide comfortable beds, the stylish bathrooms and the friendly service. (I was there on my birthday and they marked it with birthday cake and towel sculptures :-)). The breakfast was tasty too and the hotel was very clean. This area of Prague is a 25 minute walk from the Petrin Tower, but very close to a good shopping area, and eating out around here is relatively cheap.

On the last night of the Czech Republic, I decided to set up a high-end hotel. The interior environment is good, clean and tidy. This is the only hotel in the Czech Republic that has prepared slippers. Hahaha... The front desk is also super good. We will prepare the map for us and help us set the next day. The taxi to the airport is regrettable because there is no calculation time and no early breakfast.

This is our first time to visit Prague. The hotel is at the very convenient location and we enjoy the Royal environment and atmosphere both inside the room and in the dinning area. Great hotel in a great location, for a great price! I spent 4 comfortable nights here for $550/total, or $137/night. Would definitely stay here again! PROS: -Nice sizeable room for European standards -Very large bathroom for European standards -Comfortable queen sized bed -Minibar that I also used as a fridge -Friendly service and check in process -Great location! Just far enough to avoid the loud Old Town and vehicle noise so you can sleep well, but still in easy walking distance to Old Town, the Charles Bridge, and a lot of sights. right by a tram station. -Breakfast buffet had an awesome variety with eggs and sausages, lots of pastries, beverages, fruits, cheeses, and more. CONS: -No elevator, I was on the 3rd floor, which isn't bad but seemed rough after a long day of sight seeing and walking for 7+ miles.

Good location, about a 5-10 minute walk away from the main sights and restaurants in Prague. Staff were friendly, the room was clean and had what we needed for our short stay. Reception has opening hours so if leaving the hotel when reception is closed you need to use a different entrance to get in but staff was very helpful advising on this. Great value for money would recommend, only thing is the walls were very thin, we could hear people walking and talking very clearly all the time, sounded like they were in our room it was that loud. There was work going on near or at the hotel so kept getting woken up early in the mornings, wasn’t prewarned about this.

Trams are approximately 3 minutes away (in the direction of the Bridge), whilst the nearest train station is an 8 minute walk. A number of good food stalls, restaurants and tourist shops located around, cannot go wrong with food here. - Breakfast: Complimentary breakfast had some good variety. A tiny suggestion would be if the Breakfast Bar opened a little earlier then the current time. Nevertheless, the staff pre-packaged food for us the night before as we checked out at 7am. Overall, would definitely recommend staying here in Prague! A very underrated residence block.

Such a lovely friendly hotel just a short walk from Charles Bridge and very central for all city centre attractions. We stayed a week and walked everywhere. The staff were super lovely and the breakfast was extensive and tasty. The cakes left over from breakfast are available on the bar for free during the day which was a nice touch. Bed was large and comfy. We asked for additional pillows and were provided with memory foam pillows which were fabulous. The rooms are immaculately clean and well serviced with tea and coffee making facilities provided and our room also included a small fridge. Highly recommended. It would be my choice of hotel if we go back.
