It is a modern building, we had a family room which was spacious and the beds were comfortable, and we had stunning view from the 19th floor. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was simple but delicious, they filled up the buffet quickly, there was never a shortage of anything, and there was even oat milk.Good transport to the city center, the tram stop is a 3-minute walk away. Excellent value for money, hotel quality at a hostel price.

We stayed 3 nights as a Bussines trip. Rooms are big, for example we stayed in room for 3 persons, and it's like suite. Beds are very comfortable, evrything is tide and very clean. Hotel has parking, and just behind O2 arena (5min walking) is yellow metro station, that bring you to city centre for 15min. Breakfast is also great, plenty of choise, very clean as well. At the end, all staff is very kind and helpful. All recomendation to stay at Stage Hotel

The hotel location is 200-300 meters from the front and back of the hotel, and there is a large shopping mall. Stayed over last weekend for the first time and overall my stay was very pleasant. Excellent location if you’re wanting to attend a concert/event @ the O2 arena which you can reach on foot easily in about 30mins (or take 1 bus stop & walk about 5-10mins). Shopping mall is literally adjacent to the O2 arena too. Great public transport connection with a bus stop to the tube only a couple of minutes away (2 bus stops to the tube), I’d recommend to download the PID app (will be in English) to get exact connections and purchase tickets for travel in Prague. Wi-fi in the hotel was fast and much appreciated, as was the lift coz we were on 4th floor. Didn’t see the restaurant/bar open (if it’s in the same area as breakfast) and never asked so cannot comment. This part of Prague is rather residential, I have a feeling that even the hotel used to be a block of flats prior to being a hotel? Our room was ok, albeit a bit ‘tired’ (401) but overall it was simply practical enough with a wee fridge incl wee freezer compartment, kettle, some teabags, teaspoons and also wine glasses. Towels were clean, bed comfy. I enjoyed the view of the shopping mall and the O2 arena etc . Trains running past was quite nice to hear. Water in the shower was running cold @ first but turned warm after a bit, so I guess it must the pressure? Not sure. Breakfast was very good, and again sufficient, quite a lot of cold meat choices, cheese, boiled eggs, vegetables, jams, honey, spreadable cheese, bread and sweet bread, and breadrolls, toast, cereals, fruits; hot food selection was baked beans, hot dogs and steamed veg. Coffee is dispensed from a coffee machine, it was quite foamy but still nice & tasty. Milk, tea and 2 different juices were available too. There is a fabby pool (incl whirlpool) in the hotel too! I was hoping it would be free to visit but actually you do have to book your session via reception as an extra (approx. £10/hour/person) but what was great was that we had the pool to ourselves! & you get a towel too. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place, and I will also be back in future.

The room is slightly smaller, but the breakfast is very rich and there are quiche for the Chinese. Sports facilities, bar is very full, driving to the city of Prague as long as a quarter of an hour. Very good vacation choice

The room was filthy and looked really worn down. The headboard was in textile and full of gross stains, the white walls were covered in stains and the lampshades have been beat up and not replaced. Everything felt dirty. The location is quite far from the city. I was fooled by my booking site to think it was closer (not the hotels fault ofc), but the tram is easy to use and cheap. We ordered a taxi via the lobby when we were leaving for the airport. They did not inform us that it was an Uber, not a taxi. Which is fine, but it was just weird they didn't say it beforehand.

First impressions of the hotel were good despite the hotel looking shabby as it claims to be 4 star the reception staff were very welcoming during check in, however everything went downhill from there. My room was not ready by check in so I was told to wait and the reception staff I had to deal with subsequently was very unprofessional and patronising, answering a phone call and talking for 10 minutes in the middle of issuing my room keys leaving me standing there despite me telling him I was tired from the journey. The hotel corridor leading to the rooms looked grim and depressing. Surprisingly on the plus side, rooms were much nicer and clean. On the other hand, no toiletries were provided despite being claiming to be a 4 star hotel. The hand wash/shower gel/shampoo seemed to be the same liquid and the only toiletry provided. The bed frame was undoubtedly a double but made up with two single mattresses which doesn’t make much sense. Everything else in the room was decent. The facilities the hotel were subpar as well, the gym was full of old rusty equipment, whilst not the best gym it is better than a lot of hotel “gyms”. The pool however, was closed due to “technical reasons” is what it said on the notice, very convenient. The room-keeping staff on checkout day were very unprofessional, barging into the room without knocking from 8AM and following up a couple more times, despite door being chained locked. Overall, my experience at this hotel was lacking for what I consider to be 4 stars, from the staff and rooms to the amenities and facilities, I would not return.

Was worried about the reviews before arriving but was pleasantly surprised by a fantastic hotel! I went with 2 friends at start of November and was very happy with our accomodation. The staff were friendly, room was massive, location was fine, and beds were comfy. DONT BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS, this place was GREAT!

Поехав по горящим путевкам в Прагу, выбрали этот отель из-за отличных отзывов, близкого расположения к центру (он находится в Прага 3) и из-за приемлемой цены. Остановка автобуса в сотне метров от отеля, правда, ходит он раз в 15 минут. Ездили за 5 дней на нем только дважды, остальное время показалось удобнее дойти до трамвая, который через несколько остановок оказывается в центре старого города. Отель нам очень понравился, мы жили не в основном здании, выходящем на дорогу, а через очень уютный внутренний озелененный дворик-сад. В отеле очень тихо и спокойно, закрыв жалюзи вообще невозможно проснуться)). Персонал приветливый, особенно понравилась пани, отвечающая за завтраки. Завтраки - отдельный плюс этого отеля. За 4 дня блюда не повторились (горячие), были даже супы. Как только что-то заканчивалось, то незаметно добавлялось, грязная посуда тут же убиралась. Не запомнила имя этой пани, но выражаю ей огромную благодарность.
