On a bike trip, as an unexpected highlight of the day, we arrived at this wonderful lodge, right on the edge of what looks like a little lake, but is essentially just the finger of the larger lake. What a wonderful place to put a lodge. I had a large room with large windows overlooking the lake, tastefully set out with wooden floors and a very large bed. There is a fireplace in the corner. The bathrooms are perfect for the situation, modern enough to be convenient, but still fitting in perfectly with the layout and the look of the place. We got an extremely warm welcome, and the food in the restaurant was excellent and served with a smile and a laugh. I could spend a few days here. There are little cabins sitting down by the lake.. and when I had a closer look, it turns out they are saunas. I wonder if I will have the courage to go for a swim in the morning?

This property has the potential to hit top mark.
However the kindness of the staff and the magnificent location -although extremely remote- cannot make up for everything.
A very poor wifi - that the absence of tv makes even more painful- the absence of laundry and an overall lack of good maintenance of the place and appliances in general makes it a tiny bit too bohemian to my test. This being said, I loved my stay at the Hacienda!

We stayed for three nights in this wonderful place during our trip down the carretera austral and absolutely loved it!! The highlight was the hiking trip with Don Carlos, Mary-Anna and Pantagon, one of the two adorable St Bernard dogs staying at the property, to Lago Bertrand and the three glacier mountain range: unbelievable natural beauty! The food was excellent and the cabin had very comfortable beds, woodfire stove and wonderful view from the terrace to Lago *****. The serene surroundings were amazing, but most of all we highly appreciated the warm welcome by the wonderful people working hard to make our stay the best during our trip: many thanks to Belen, Conny, Mary-Anna, Don Carlos, Meira and their collegues! Highly recommended place!

Debemos destacar el restaurante del hotel, la comida elaborada por los chef Andrés Jiménez y Luis Ibarra, única en la zona, se destacan sus materias primas de la zona, que elaboraron unos risottos de cordero, de mariscos, junto a ñoquis y pasta espectacular, sin dejar de lado unas ensaladas hechas con mucha dedicación ¡Felicitaciones y vengan a disfrutarlos, está abierto a todo público !

Très bon accueil. Cadre magnifique. Chambre spacieuse et claire avec une superbe vue sur le lac et les montagnes environnantes.
Bonne restauration.
Nous avons rencontré un problème : les radiateurs étaient arrêtés, de même que dans le restaurant. Il y avait un poêle à bois qu'il fallait alimenter toutes les heures. Le gérant et toute son équipe ont fait le maximum pour régler le problème mais, après que le gérant ait eu son boss au téléphone, nous avons compris que c'était une volonté du propriétaire de l'établissement.

La peor relación calidad precio que tuve entre muchos viajes. Un lugar pretencioso que no enciende la calefacción hasta las 23 horas aunque haga mucho frío porque es verano. No tiene, frente a un corte de luz ni generador, ni luces de emergencia ni velas. Lo único rescatable es el personal que trata, con esfuerzo, que la estadía no sea un desastre. Nada recomendable aunque el entorno se hermoso
