"Kind and helpful staff, drinking water provided in the room, almost everything was perfect - the food was good as well, and the golfcarts was extremely useful to avoid walking in the huge complex. The only downside was the massage staff who tried to get clients every day - but in Egypt that is the lifestyle."

"I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights. Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible. When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway."

"The location is great, about 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. There is a McDonald's 30 seconds walk from the hotel and a small supermarket 2 minutes away, so it was convenient. There was a sign in the room saying to use the shower only a little at a time, and although I tried to be careful, the room still got flooded. I was also bothered by the small dead insects in the room. However, it was cheap and I was satisfied overall."

"The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing, it's in the heart of the city center and the most lively place in Sharm El Sheikh and the beach is less than 100 meters away. We became friends, Mahmoud and Hazin made dinner a nice and different experience, also Zakaria was very energetic and lively who responded to our requests in room service and Mokhtar who served us breakfast with his beautiful smile. Of course the best part of the experience is that the best and most amazing parties in Sharm El Sheikh take place right in front of your room window, as soon as you step out of your room door you are in the biggest disco in Sharm El Sheikh. We have tried all the parties in all the party places in Sharm and they are all the best. The beach is very beautiful and has all services, but the person called Gomaa was very vulgar and he would reserve the first row, even if we went to the beach early in the morning he wanted to make us sit in a late row, and at noon we find that visitors came and he wanted to make them sit in the first row even though we came before them."

"swissotel is a very nice and enjoyable resort to stay in the middle level. The resort offers all-inclusive services including meals, parties and internal transfers throughout the day (semi-regular). There is an activity for children suitable for all ages. There are indoor swimming pools for all activities and also water games of a reasonable level that need maintenance and development. There is a means of transportation to the resort's private beach and also barbecue parties near the sea and internal parties daily. The quality of the food is high and the service is very high. The reception workers are respectful and very friendly. The quality of the rooms is not befitting the resort and needs to be developed significantly. The room services are good and the workers are good. There is a negative point and unfortunately it is repeated and I hope it will be solved, which is the delay of the golf cart for internal transfers for long periods even by calling the reception several times. I hope in particular that it will be solved because it is very important in emergency cases and for people with chronic diseases and the elderly. Thank you for your services"

"The room of the structure was a bit dated, but everything else was very nice. The waiting staff were very attentive in clearing the tables, sometimes even before finishing eating 😂😂. The animation guys were all very nice. They made us have fun. The sea, pools and panorama were wonderful."

"The hotel has a good business and a lot of people. They are all parents from Eastern Europe. Hotel room facilities are older, but sanitation is acceptable. "An ordinary hotel, average, but not worth the money. Definitely not worth 5*. This hotel is 4* at most. Old furniture, cracked tiles, something doesn't work, the food gets boring on the third day. Juices are chemicals, natural ones - rarely. Not worth the money, it's a long walk to the sea through another hotel, and even there the beach is for 3 hotels, there are never enough sun loungers. The territory is small, basically a well in the yard is the whole territory. I would definitely not come back a second time. Ps. Once I saw a guy in the canteen wiping dirt off clean mugs with his finger, who was standing at the counter, since then we only drank from paper cups"

"A classic resort with decent standard food. Overall, very comfortable. Lots of lawns and decent landscape. You want to come back to such places. On the negative side - very weak animation, designed to make people buy tickets to Naama clubs from them out of boredom. The sound system of the disco bar is decrepit and very cheap. When many speakers cost less than a day's stay, it causes bewilderment"
