如果毛巾和床單枕套等可以再乾淨潔白就好了 。睡得可以，很安靜。居民樓一樓改造成了賓館，有頭腦。
從旁邊居民小區穿過去有個商場，裏面不少吃飯的地方。

店內沒有前台工作人員，得去隔壁賓館前台辦理入住和退房，一旦有危險，喊破喉嚨工作人員也聽不到，而且房間在一樓，感覺很不安全。一樓臨近街邊人來人往，車聲嘈雜，吵得要死。屋子不大，衞生也一般，那個淋浴噴頭都是水垢。牙刷衹有一個，兩個紙巾盒裡都是空的。在一樓，外面很吵。不會再去

覺得不安全是因為看着就很不安全，因為白天那個門很容易進去人，酒店前台是在旁邊店的，衞生就是續住是不收拾的，服務也一般吧，房間隔音還行，還是隔壁房間要是聲音叫的大聲，還是能聽到的

經常出差，也住過各種酒店，但極少評論，本次評論希望幫助大家避免踩坑，被子疊着我就感覺有問題，打開果然沒有失望，有頭髮，説明被單未更換，拖鞋包裝袋明顯打開多次的痕跡，鞋底磨損，哎搞得我衹能穿着衣褲睡覺，太差了#衞生真心太差了

都別住這家店，吃相太難看了，昨晚因為大雪導致動車延誤，第一時間通知店家取消點訂單，因為我已經無法按時入住，但是店家不同意。當天延誤列車很多，北站周圍酒店都訂滿了，房間肯定是可以定再定出去的。找客服介入後説可以試着代賣我的房間，有什麼情況第二天10點前再通知我。第二天系統扣了房費顯示我已離房，到下午客服還沒有回覆，打電話去問説聯繫不到店家了，6翻了。最後客服回覆説房間代賣出去了，但是必須要扣我的手續費，一房兩吃，趁火打劫，可把你們**壞了。《民法典》規定，因不可抗力致使不能實現合同目的時，當事人可以解除合同。這錢我也不稀得要了，我還給你們免費寫小作文，替你們出名，不用謝了。

酒店距離滄安路一號線地鐵口很近，一號線一站路就到了青島北站了，附近很方便，有商場和附近居民的市場，房間都在一樓，又安靜又乾淨，沒有什麼酒店的異味，性價比真的好高，老闆娘和大爺人超級熱情，給我們推薦附近好吃好玩的地方，非常棒的居住體驗。

沒住，取消，扣了首天費用，有點坑，別人都是18點前可取消的，這裡在不行，訂的24.25.26，但24中午3點打，就不給取消了，要麼住了就不退，要麼退就要扣一天。
