讓前台送個外賣，疫情防控期間，**不上樓，這個理解。那就讓機器人送，説豆漿不是密封的，是蓋蓋子的，用機器人怕撒了，説機器人進電梯會不平。我説那就拿個塑料袋紮緊，如果送上來撒了，不用承擔責任，他説那您能確定塑料袋紮緊了撒了就不會影響機器人了麼？我説那就前台麻煩等會兒送一下，就説前台衹有一個人，送不了。
1、機器人儲物槽防不防水？
2、電梯進口問題。進口不平，是不是應該跟工程部協調報障進口路面不平，需維修？
3、前台沒人的問題。自從住了這個店，前台永遠就衹有一個人？
衹能説前台把所有的自身問題，甩鍋丟給客户的這種服務態度真的是活久見！

房間裏嗡嗡嗡的讓人沒法休息，反饋給酒店，酒店還裝作不知道，過了一會説上邊是風機，給換一間。早幹嘛去了，床也是吱吱作響！也就房間大點
