The hotel is in a great location, close to a convenient bus stop and just a 10 minute drive to the seaside . The staff were very accommodating although most of them knew very little English. The breakfast staff were great and the breakfast selection offered a lot of vegetarian options, which you don’t find in many hotels. The room was a great size, just there aren’t any scenic views. The cleaning of the bedrooms could be a lot better as the room I had was very dust and the floor was not cleaned everyday.

The hotel is right by the sea, downstairs is the beach and the sea. The room is large, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony. The sea is outside the window, and the sunrise is right outside the window. The sanitation environment is good. The shower and the toilet are separated, and they are both very large. The room price in the city is much cheaper than the B&B in Ananya. I used Ctrip points to exchange for early check-in and late check-out. The room has two bathrooms. I stayed here for 10 days during the Spring Festival. The environment, sanitation, service, and facilities were all good. The location was good, and the breakfast was rich. amazing sea view room, we enjoyed so much staying on the balcony in the evening. Very good service, everybody was very smiling and our daughter enjoyed so much the stay. We definitely will come back!

The service of the hotel is considerate, the environment is hygienic and tidy, the lady at the front desk has a warm service attitude, and the cleaning lady is also very enthusiastic, and can really help if needed. I recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken. The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work. I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied. The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service. I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone. In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement.
