海榆賓館優點是距離博鰲機場、高鐵站都很近，我是晚上才到的班機，所以選了這家賓館，第二天早上起來步行就可以到高鐵站，很適合中轉住宿的。

入住後，發現衞生間馬桶堵塞，求助店方，店方衹提供疏通工具，居然要求由客人自己疏通馬桶，客人是女士，結果馬桶糞水溢滿流出滿地，當晚全屋糞臭，無法入睡。翌日一早向前台反映，樓下餐廳蚊帳內有一值班人員以客人自己使用不當造成堵塞為由，反過來指責客人。馬桶堵塞要客人自己疏通，客人不慎遺留的衣服至今也沒通知，無語，沒見過這樣的服務質量。

房間真的很大，這個價格對於不挑剔的人還是比較合適的！離海的故事景點400米左右，不過交通不太適合背包客！酒店設施相對齊全，不過有些老舊也是能理解的，畢竟衹是準三星或旅館的價格而已！
