"It's near the high-speed rail station (within five minutes). The facilities are very new and complete. It's very comfortable to stay here. I slept well at night outside the downtown area. The environment is quiet. I forgot to bring my power bank when I left the hotel. The lady at the front desk and the staff helped to coordinate and help deliver the power bank to the high-speed rail station. I am really grateful. 🥹 In fact, they can also say that it is inconvenient and there are no staff, but they still arranged to deliver it within a few minutes, allowing me to get on the high-speed rail smoothly. Power banks are life for people whose mobile phones consume power quickly. 🥹 So Zijing really invites everyone to stay here. It's very good in all aspects. 🥺🥺"

"This hidden gem of a hotel absolutely deserves a perfect score! Choosing it was the best decision I made for my Qionghai trip!
The hotel offers a convenient high-speed rail station shuttle service. As soon as I walked in, I was captivated by the stunning Tiffany blue lobby! Plus, they offer complimentary afternoon tea and ice cream!
The bedding was incredibly comfortable; after three nights, I almost didn't want to check out! The room's decor was truly designed with women in mind, hitting all the right notes!
Breakfast was another highlight! The pandan pastries were delicious, and the restaurant was spotless, offering a fantastic blend of Chinese and Western options. Even better, takeout orders were delivered by a robot, which added a great sense of security!
I've already highly recommended it to all my friends planning to visit Qionghai!"

"Nice room and friendly staffs. The breakfast is ok. I wish they do away with DIY egg station as it is really troublesome to fry 1 egg at the time. Will prefer if the eggs are pre-fried and serve in the buffet instead. Front office staffs/ cafe staffs and housekeepers are really friendly. If there is a dryer together with the DIy washer will be a bonus."

"There is a pick-up and drop-off service at the train station, and there is a buffet breakfast. There are not many varieties, but it is very good to eat and drink. This small hotel can have this kind of supporting facilities. It is really beyond my expectations. I didn't expect to book a hotel casually to give me a feeling of surprise, feeling great value. The room is smart, the toilet is smart, there is a refrigerator, the mattress is very comfortable to lie on, there is a memory pillow, there is a feeling of living in a high-end hotel chain. It’s also very close to Swallow Cave for ten minutes. The scenery is really beautiful."

"This hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Qionghai High-speed Railway Station and has convenient transportation. The hotel is new, the facilities are new, and the rooms are spacious. On the day we checked in, there was a cold air, it was cold and rainy, but the room actually had heating. I ordered breakfast, thinking it was a buffet, but I didn't know that I had to order separately: a choice of porridge or rice noodles. The casserole rice porridge is cooked immediately, so you have to wait. I feel that this method is inconvenient earlier. But overall this hotel is highly recommended."

"The entire hotel boasts a lovely British vintage aesthetic, full of charming details. While our room wasn't huge, it was perfectly designed and had everything we needed. They offer a laundry room, a cafe, and even provide free coffee vouchers – adding a gym or a pool would make it absolutely perfect! The location is also very convenient for getting around.
However, we booked a 'Fei Fan' family suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, designed for four people, but we ran into a significant issue. Despite being a family room for four guests, it only included breakfast for two. We were informed that additional breakfasts would only be provided if we left a positive review. This felt like a cheap marketing tactic and truly soured our experience. I sincerely hope the hotel will be more genuine in the future and ensure that meal provisions truly match the room type booked."

CChee WeeThere is nothing much within the hotel location. Need to take a short taxi ride to Jia Ji Zhen. Check in and out is very efficient. The room is huge and clean. However, the sound proofing is not very good. Can hear footsteps and sound middle of the night. Breakfast is good. As we are lazy to go out for dinner, the reception staff helped us to order food online. We would like to thank Mr Wang (王先生） for going the extra mile for helping us. The hotel may consider having vending machines i.e. drinks, snack and foods for the guest convenience. Overall, we had a good stay in the hotel. Keep up the excellent work.

LLeoLeoXuFabulous the hotel especially the wall lights are shinning perfectly however one housekeeping staff with black suit were disputing to me when I took 4 small bottles of pure water from the trolley at corridor when back to my room even I said hi how are you to her firstly but she had total no any polite and disputed to me said which's my room number why I took the water by myself freely and blamed me seriously, it's totally shocked by me at that moment that's exactly a professional hospitality you're treating your customers like that right, as well the chef when met in morning asked him where's the restaurant for a couple of times but he had no any response back to answer your question, it's totally the uncomfortable taste to your hotel and will be definitely spreading your good service to others, herewith thanks to the management Ms Wang JieQing she's so kind to revert me back to above bad experience from me and sent me a plate of fruit for relieving me a bit thanks, hotel restaurant is awesome we had all our meals there for every day especially the coconut chicken is the best of the best from the restaurant seafood is perfect also indeed

GGuest UserComfortable double room. The most comfortable and cozy stay in Hainan Island, and the price includes breakfast. Don't comment on the cost performance, it's so comfortable. The location is excellent, convenient to the old street of Qionghai, and there are many delicious foods around. I stayed for two days in a row. What do you think it feels like? The front desk service can be improved. The room service is perfect.

SSarah Welsh1This is a great place to stay, a little hard to find as it’s on such a massive complex. Thankfully a kind person drove me to the correct building. The landlady was great and happy to communicate. The room was very clean and the balcony very good. My only warning is that I closed the balcony door while I was in the balcony smoking and the door would not open to let me back in. There is no handle on the outside of the door and so I was left outside for 15 minutes trying to open it. The landlady said she would send someone up to help but thankfully I managed to open the door finally (great as I had deadlocked the front door). The apartment is lovely as is the landlady.

I didn't even feel the rain outside. It was a very satisfying stay and I will stay here again next time.

The location of the hotel is very remote, you need to drive 3 kilometers to reach the business. The only thing is that it is very close to the beach. You can see the beach and the sea when you open the window. There is a self-service washing machine and drying on the balcony of the room, which can also solve the problem of self-driving clothes. The front desk is a bit shabby, but the service attitude is okay. There is a restaurant on the 26th floor, which belongs to another famous hotel. For 168, it can feed a family of three, and the service attitude is quite satisfactory. The price/performance ratio is quite high
