"As it was my first time in Quanzhou, I chose this hotel based on a Ctrip recommendation. While I didn't get to experience all of its services and amenities, I had a positive overall impression. They provided complimentary welcome fruits, pastries, and even a digestive and sleep-friendly late-night snack package. The staff offered excellent service, the hotel was clean, and the facilities were comprehensive. Its location in a bustling area made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. My only suggestions for improvement would be the lack of a proper desk in the room and the power outlets, which were a bit fiddly to plug into (they seemed to be safety outlets). Otherwise, everything else was great. Thank you!"

"The hotel is majestic with friendly staffs and warm atmosphere. Our complement especially to front desk staff 小刘 who attended to our needs and more. He is most helpful and informative. We had seafood buffet dinner on our first night and Japanese food on our second last night. Foods are great and staffs again are friendly and warm. We enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back."

"It is very comfortable and relaxed stay at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the airport and it's a new hotel. The room we stayed in is big yet comfortable. I like the drip coffee supplied in the room. There is a DIY laundry room. My special thanks to Mr Tan (陈先生)who helps and provide service for my laundry. What is more special about this hotel is all the staff are very attentive and polite. Good jobs for those working at the front counter and restaurant. My sincere gratitude to Miss Aurora 陈 and Mizs Tina Xu. They went extra mile to assist us in dealing with our trip. So happening at night . This hotel is so advance . They have googles system which my kids so xiao dui .."

"I went to Quanzhou with my friends on May Day. There are not many good hotels to choose from in Quanzhou. I thought the hotel management would be chaotic when I saw the dazzling array of gifts. But since Visan contacted me the day before, it was basically a perfect experience. The plane arrived in the morning and arranged for early check-in. The breakfast was rich and varied with many local snacks. I also experienced the hotel restaurant for dinner, which was very Minnan-style. I was impressed that Visan refreshed various places, including the reception desk, breakfast restaurant, and dinner restaurant. He worked very hard. I hope the hotel will get better and better, and Visan's career will be successful!"

What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff—especially Anne at the front desk. "Got a free upgrade at the hotel, check in and check out process was fast. Staff were friendly and approachable. The room was clean and tidy, spacious. Local snacks provided to try with various brand of complimentary bottled water. The location was easily located surrounded by many restaurant convenient to travel to other places. Would definitely book this hotel again if I’m going to Quanzhou."

"A spontaneous trip made wonderful by Qixu! We originally came here for the works of famous designers, but we were impressed by this group of lovely young people who were particularly considerate to share with us the nearby delicacies, arranged for us to take a small white car around the city, arranged for us to take travel photos, and especially Ms. Liao Yiqing who was responsible for receiving us, patiently answered all kinds of questions for us, and was kind and beautiful, making us feel like spring breeze! It is about 10 kilometers away from Oulebao, not far away, about 15 minutes drive, the hotel has its own parking lot, very convenient. 2. The hotel and homestay in the ecological park, the surrounding environment is very good, the night is very quiet, the sound insulation is also very ok, there are no shops around naturally. The hotel has its own restaurant, coffee, you can choose to dine at the hotel. We checked in after dinner in Hudong Square, two kilometers nearby. 3. The quality of the room is beyond expectations, and there are welcome fruit snacks, very careful. In terms of configuration, smart home, quality cabinets, advanced toiletries, bedding is also very high-quality, the overall design can be seen, clean and tidy, and it is very safe to live with children. 4. In terms of service, I will ask about the time to turn on the air conditioner in advance. Breakfast is the kind of fixed food, rich in variety, comprehensive nutrition, and the line batter is very good for my taste.
