"As it was my first time in Quanzhou, I chose this hotel based on a Ctrip recommendation. While I didn't get to experience all of its services and amenities, I had a positive overall impression. They provided complimentary welcome fruits, pastries, and even a digestive and sleep-friendly late-night snack package. The staff offered excellent service, the hotel was clean, and the facilities were comprehensive. Its location in a bustling area made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. My only suggestions for improvement would be the lack of a proper desk in the room and the power outlets, which were a bit fiddly to plug into (they seemed to be safety outlets). Otherwise, everything else was great. Thank you!"

"I went to Quanzhou with my friends on May Day. There are not many good hotels to choose from in Quanzhou. I thought the hotel management would be chaotic when I saw the dazzling array of gifts. But since Visan contacted me the day before, it was basically a perfect experience. The plane arrived in the morning and arranged for early check-in. The breakfast was rich and varied with many local snacks. I also experienced the hotel restaurant for dinner, which was very Minnan-style. I was impressed that Visan refreshed various places, including the reception desk, breakfast restaurant, and dinner restaurant. He worked very hard. I hope the hotel will get better and better, and Visan's career will be successful!"

"A spontaneous trip made wonderful by Qixu!
We originally came here for the works of famous designers, but we were impressed by this group of lovely young people who were particularly considerate to share with us the nearby delicacies, arranged for us to take a small white car around the city, arranged for us to take travel photos, and especially Ms. Liao Yiqing who was responsible for receiving us, patiently answered all kinds of questions for us, and was kind and beautiful, making us feel like spring breeze!
Thank you to the hotel staff for giving us such a warm experience this time."

"The first time I came to Quanzhou to play, I wanted to experience a different accommodation experience. After coming to Guduju, it was better than ideal expectations! ! The environment is particularly beautiful, the style of the room is great, the simplicity is very strong, the facilities are very good, the design is very pleasant when used, many clever designs are completely ideal for home. At night, by the quiet river, you can't see the starry sky in the city night sky, and you can relax here. In addition to staying here, there are Gudu coffee and restaurants, all kinds of coffee drinks, and the restaurant meals are fresh and order-to-order, which is worth a try. The staff are very welcoming. Every staff member is super friendly and welcoming, the service is warm and thoughtful, and when we finally leave the store, we also arranged for the staff to drive the shuttle bus to take us out of the door. The overall feeling is the same as the paradise. It is very good. I will come back next time I have a chance. 🥰🥰"

Its location is superb, ideally situated near Kaiyuan Temple and West Street, with an abundance of fantastic eateries nearby. Despite the lively surroundings, the hotel itself offers a tranquil retreat; once you step through its doors, you'll find absolute peace and quiet.
The hotel's attention to detail is impressive. For instance, on hot days, the lobby thoughtfully provides complimentary purified water and handcarts for guests to help themselves. We especially loved the hotel's custom-made incense, which had an incredibly soothing aroma.
They even provide guests with a fantastic 'eat & explore' guide, packed with useful tips and recommendations. We followed their suggestions for dining, and every single meal was delicious!
Our suite featured incredibly comfortable bedding. The bathroom design was a major highlight, offering a very generous space, making bath time incredibly relaxing, and even included a dedicated makeup area – we were thoroughly pleased.
The service was also incredibly responsive to all our requests, with quick responses and detailed transportation guidance.

I absolutely loved the overall decor and style; the owner clearly has impeccable taste. The room was spotless. A minor suggestion for next time would be to provide disposable bathtub liners. The service was outstanding. They had thoughtfully turned on the AC before our arrival, and the afternoon tea, along with the drinks and snacks, were absolutely delicious. My child still raves about the black truffle fries! The owner even went the extra mile by sending two complimentary drinks for my child, which was incredibly kind. This is the first time I've genuinely felt that staying in a guesthouse offers a more unique and enjoyable experience than a traditional hotel. Highly recommend!

ZZeederworldWe had a lovely one night stay Very helpful and friendly hosts who live in the adjoining building Location is perfect. In between West Street and Quanzhou Ancient City. About 20 to 30 mins walk to each direction.
The ginger duck dinner (10 mins walk) and taro fritter right at the back street of this mishu (both recommended by the host) were one of the best food throughout our Fujian trip. We appreciated the host allowing us to freeze our food and helped us arrange a driver to send us to Xiamen the next day. It's door to door at RMB70 per pax (if sharing the cab with others). Cheaper than didi + train + didi and less time consuming.
The room size is slightly on the smaller side but we don't mind as we were out all day. All the basic amenities needed are provided. Most important is its clean and comfortable.
As I booked using non-Chinese no and can't read Chinese, I did not receive notifications from host right after my Trip.com booking . We depended on Baidu map to guess the location after the taxi dropped us at the main road. Be prepared to walk 2 mins into small/back lane and to enter an unlock gate to enter the compound of 2/3 residential building cluster. A bit confusing for us but we managed to locate the minshu after 5 mins.
We wish we had more time for Quanzhou. Definitely worth at 2 nights. So much more to explore here.

First of all, the housekeeper Xiao Wu called and added WeChat to tell me the location of the hotel the day before check-in. Because it is a commercial street, the car cannot directly reach the hotel entrance! But it is also very convenient to walk in from Zhongshan Middle Road. The hotel is a 5-minute walk to West Street, which is very lively😀.
Secondly, I am very satisfied with the room type, and the smart toilet is also one of my favorite points.
Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, it is delicious. Watermelon praise😊
It is worth recommending to everyone. If you come to Quanzhou again, you will still stay in Xiangyu😊

红红月I spent 6 nights at 2208. It had been saved on my Trip.com for many months before my summer holiday, so I was happy that they had availability for the week I planned to visit.
In order of importance for me as a solo (foreign female) traveler are: location, safety, and helpfulness of staff.
1. Location: I think the location is perfect. It’s on a small alley behind West Street and directly across from Kaiyuan Temple’s west gate. This area is very central and convenient.
2. Safety: Overall, the city is safe, but in reality it is nearby a main tourist destination, so to prevent non-guests from entering there is a gate with keypad access for late night. There was always staff inside at other times.
3. Helpfulness of staff: There were some language barriers due to my lack of fluency, but the staff tried to help as much as possible to make sure I was comfortable. If there was a problem it was resolved quickly and if I didn’t understand, they were patient and tried to explain it another way.
Other than these things, I’ll say there are actually two 2208 buildings in the same area. One has a view of Kaiyuan Temple from some rooms and from the rooftop; the other seems more modern but without this view. There is cleaning service available if you need it and free water bottles daily.
If you are looking for amenities such as a television or breakfast, maybe this is not a suitable option, but if you want a place to sleep nearby the best sites in Quanzhou, and have friendly staff greet you each day, then it’s a good choice.

The young lady at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, and check-in was a breeze. It's conveniently located close to both the bus station and the airport, making it easy to go out for meals and shopping. The value for money is exceptional. Definitely a five-star experience!

Because of the disinfection of the original floor, they upgraded to a lake view room on the second night. The environment was good. I lost an electronic watch after checking out. This homestay can grab Didi anytime.The shop Opposite hotel is 老字号马蹄酥&黄衍明口腔科 as later i will put picture for ur reference. Then u follow the signboard go in the alley then can find the homestay. The owner of this homestay is super helpful and friendly. As my luggage damage in airport, owner help me to get a new luggage online and get it just within a day. The homestay even provide us disposable towel ,face towel , tooth brush and tooth paste everyday. And no need worry about shampoo and body shampoo too. Hassle free and can bring less item if u stay in this homestay. The hotel location is great to grab breakfast and supper too. Some within walking distance restaurant I will put in photo. And 小白车u can take from this homestay to many travel attraction just rmb 2. All in all, this homestay is good value for money and i would like say thank you to the owner of this homestay for the pleasant stay during my trip. Definitely we will come back again Quanzhou just want stay in Lanxin courtyard only.
