Thank you ever so much for another fantastic stay! We’ve been coming back to the hotel for a couple of years, numerous times! The location - only a few minutes to the beach on foot, a minute walk to the main street/promenade - the hotel is right in the centre of everything! The Italian cuisine is at its finest, we highly recommend the dinner with wine at the hotel! Last but not least - the staff! From the management team to the restaurant staff and room-service - everyone is there to make sure your holidays are perfect!

Che dire, vacanza veramente bella anzi fantastica, Sono stato in questo Hotel 5 giorni a settembre con la mia famiglia. Accoglienza bellissima, personale gentile ed educato e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi informazione e aiuto. (Li ringrazio particolarmente per essersi adoperati per la sostituzione della batteria della mia auto chiamando personale competente e onesto). Certo l'Hotel dovrebbe essere un poco rinnovato per le stanze ma va bene anche così. Veniamo all'aspetto culinario: Colazione Fantastica: all' "americana" uova strapazzate e Würstel, toast con cotto e sottiletta, bresaola, panini ecc.. dolci di vario tipo ciambelloni, crostate, cornetti di vario tipo: integrali, normali con marmellata e cioccolato, bombe ripiene di crema, pancake con dispenser per vari tipi di marmellata, Yogurt di vari gusti, bevande varie e caffetteria. Per il pranzo e la cena, scelta tra due portate una sempre pesce) di primo e secondo con verdure di ogni tipo al buffet servito e dolce o frutta alternati. (tutto abbondante). Dimenticavo una cosa per me importante: gli animali sono ben accetti in tutti i luoghi. Vorrei ringraziare anche Il signor Fabio del Bagno 28 Belvedere al quale l' hotel è collegato , persona gentile e premurosa dove anche il nostro cane ha avuto il suo spazio per giocare. Grazie di tutto e al prossimo anno.

Personale delle pulizie scortese e poco efficiente, camera piccola, la stanza sporca e attaccapanni rotti nell'armadio. Abbiamo chiesto la carta igienica al proprietario perché le donne delle pulizie non l'hanno messa. Bagno sporco e non molto accessibile, doccia piccola e il bidet inutilizzabile perché troppo vicino al gabinetto. La doccia faceva il lago e non scendeva l'acqua, la struttura del bagno è orribile con un gradino che causa cadute. Il condizionatore di pessima qualità e luce poco funzionante. Il pavimento per due giorni di fila era sporco. Non consiglio per nulla questo hotel
