We have a great experience in this hotel, we have a home for two adults and a baby with the hot park, breakfast and dinner. The reception is very good, you enter with the car on the front door and people come to help you and with a car to load your bags, the car of the a stored in the parking with access at any time, in check in all information is provided and the doubts are removed, we received two door cards and two magnetic cracks that served for all hosting and also all the passage in the park, It records the meals and everything you want to buy, and you will be able to make your account at the end of the hosting. The hotel has a swimming pool, washing machine, towels for the park (cost) , hygiene products are fantastic l, water, air conditioning and TV. All the attendants are careful and efficient, especially at the reception Sebastian that helped us several times. The transfer to the park is the same as the transfer from 20 in 20 minutes and we never need to wait more than that (ampering some people to speak the opposite in their assessments).

excellent stay, staff, breakfast with many varieties, large room, clean, all working, spacious bathroom, with good facilities (special attention pro savonet that is muouitouit cheerful), excellent location for my purpose, I recommend!

The hotel is very comfortable, many swimming pools and good food. Breakfast with many options... The pizza is wonderful! The staff are educated and requested. We had a problem with the air-conditioning of the room, but it was quickly resolved, nothing that discredits my stay.
