Odeur de tabac dans la chambre ; eau froide, pendant tout le weekend pas la possibilité de prendre une seule douche chaude au mois de janvier! ...et ceci malgré notre signalement à l'accueil. La solution apportée : "je vais le signaler au patron" et ensuite....plus rien. Franchement je ne conseille pas .
