Seoul Hotels with Rooftop Pools

"Lovely stay in Incheon — great value if you understand the location I stayed at this property in early April 2026 and overall had a really pleasant experience, but there’s one important thing future guests should know upfront: this is Incheon, not Seoul. More on that below. The apartment itself Small but exceptionally well-equipped. Everything you need is there — a proper kitchen, and importantly for me, a comfortable workspace with a real desk. I was working remotely on some days of the trip, and the desk setup made it genuinely productive, not just a tolerable improvisation. The bed was soft and comfortable. Cleanliness Impeccable. Floors were mopped and towels changed every single day, which I really appreciated. The apartment felt fresh throughout the stay. Location — pros The building is in a business district with easy metro access. There’s a beautiful park right nearby — in early April the trees were in full bloom, which was a magical bonus. Our windows looked out onto a bridge, which made for a lovely view. Location — things to know Don’t be misled by the proximity to Incheon Airport on the map. Getting into central Seoul takes 1.5–2 hours by metro, so plan your days accordingly. A taxi straight across the bridge is likely much faster if you’re in a hurry. If most of your trip is Seoul sightseeing, factor in significant commute time. If you’re working remotely, transiting through the airport, or specifically want a quieter base outside the city, the location is actually great. Noise There was some construction happening nearby, but the soundproofing is excellent — I genuinely didn’t notice it from inside the apartment. So Clean, comfortable, well-equipped apartments with great service and a beautiful park nearby. Perfect for a workation or an extended layover. Just go in with realistic expectations about the commute to Seoul proper"

"Pros: Located right at Exit 3 of KINTEX Station, making it super convenient for visiting Hyundai Motorstudio Goyang, the waterpark, and Aqua Planet Ilsan. The location is fantastic, surrounded by large commercial complexes and residential areas. Convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and medium-sized supermarkets are all very close by! The hotel is divided into an East Wing and a West Wing; I stayed in the East Wing this time. The service attitude was excellent, and the front desk was very responsive. However... It seems to fall short of a five-star hotel standard. I stayed with my child, and although the hotel's description welcomes children, there were absolutely no amenities for kids – no children's slippers, bathrobes, or even toothbrushes and toothpaste! Compared to many five-star hotels I've stayed at in Tokyo, the attention to detail here is lacking. There's a French pastry shop on the first floor, which closes at 6 PM. On the third floor, there's a gym and a sauna… The room view was decent, and the night view was also beautiful. The TV had YouTube, which kept my child entertained. There's no bathtub, but the shower had excellent water pressure – very comfortable! However, there's a strange feeling of stinginess – just one comb, one shower cap, a small box with cotton swabs, and a tiny bar of soap. That's it. Japanese five-star hotels are usually so generous with amenities; I don't want to compare, but it's hard not to ㅠㅠ. The desk and wardrobe in the room both had some damage and chipped paint. I actually had to switch from the first bathrobe to the second after showering because the first one was so old and thin; the second one was new and in good condition. It really highlights the difference when you compare them. If there were other five-star hotels nearby, I'd probably choose a different one next time. My overall stay felt more like a three-star experience, falling short of a five-star standard."

"The location is accessible and just beside the Exit 4 of Line 1 Incheon Subway (Incheon National University Station). Customer Service reply very quickly and accurately to queries. They even accommodated my request to receive parcels for me even after my checkout date. They are very organized! Bonus: There's an ATM and CU at the Ground Floor."

"Thanks to Hotel Manager Daniel Lee, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel's service was excellent and very friendly towards Chinese guests. They were understanding and respectful during checkout, never rushing us and patiently waiting. My girlfriend takes a long time to do her makeup, and many hotels in Seoul would rush us to check out, but the Hilton's attitude was truly wonderful. I'm also grateful for the warm assistance from the hotel manager. We will definitely stay here again next time."

"I specifically chose a hotel that had been renovated in recent years, and while it might not have all the latest tech of newer hotels, the overall experience was excellent! The afternoon tea in the lobby was a wonderful touch, and I was pleasantly surprised by the many antique European furniture pieces and porcelain displayed, which perfectly matched the design aesthetic. The gym was very spacious and even included a sauna and a swimming pool. Breakfast was also quite abundant!"

"I had a really pleasant stay at Hamilton Hotel in Seoul’s lively Itaewon neighbourhood. The location was excellent, right next to Itaewon Station and within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and bars — perfect for exploring the city easily by foot or subway. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, with a cozy bed that made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. I especially appreciated how well-maintained the space felt — everything was tidy and modern, and the housekeeping team did a great job keeping things fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations for local eateries and attractions, which made my stay feel even more welcoming. Another highlight was the value for money. For its central location and quality service, I felt this hotel offered great overall value compared to other options in the area. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend Hamilton Hotel to anyone visiting Seoul — especially if you want to be right in the heart of the city’s nightlife and cultural scene"

"I always stay here for business trips. It's very convenient, within walking distance of the subway station. They also have a public water dispenser, which is a must-have for Chinese people who like hot water. Now, the hotel even has a cash exchange machine. Everything is becoming more convenient, though the cleanliness in the corners still needs improvement."

"Hotel Grammos is about 7 mins by walk from Yeoksam station and 2 stations away from COEX. There’s an Olive Young nearby and a lot of restaurants and convenient stores. If you have heavy luggages, I suggest you take Uber to and from the hotel as the station does not have step-free access. Staff are friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. Water bottles are topped up everyday. Room temperature is ok too and they have an a/c and windows can be opened slightly. Checkout is strictly at 11am, and beyond that, they charge 11k KRW. Photos in the listing are accurate so I’m super happy about that. Will definitely stay again."

"The room was really tiny. Whatever you do, don't buy any package deals, like the one for Petite France – it's incredibly far, like an hour and a half to two hours away, and you can't even get a refund. It doesn't really feel like a five-star hotel; more like a four-star. You can walk to Myeongdong in about 20 minutes from the hotel by taking the underground passage straight from Dongdaemun. But I found Korea to be quite run down, with power lines everywhere. Unless you're a big K-pop fan or love concerts, a trip to Korea can be pretty disappointing. The photo is of a cafe in a shopping area near Dongdaemun. This hotel isn't far from Dongdaemun."

"If you're going to KSPO Dome for a concert, this is a great choice! It's about a 30-minute walk to KSPO Dome, 20 minutes by subway, or 15 minutes by bus, so it's super convenient! If the weather's good, I highly recommend walking. You'll pass through about a third of Olympic Park, which has beautiful scenery, lush greenery, and lots of birds~ The hotel front desk doesn't speak Chinese, but their English is excellent, so communication was seamless, and they were incredibly polite! I stayed in a deluxe king room. Even with a 24-inch suitcase open on the floor, there was still plenty of room to move around. The bed is huge, easily comfortable for two people! The hotel also offers a paid breakfast option: a sandwich plus a coffee or juice. It's about a 10-minute walk to Jamsil Shopping World Mall and Lotte Duty-Free Shop, and also about 10 minutes to Seokchon Lake Park. You'll pass through a food street with many dining options along the way. All in all, it's pretty perfect (especially for K-pop fans), except that the bathroom doesn't have a distinct wet/dry separation."
