Very poor service for the price. Had to wait hour and 30 minutes for shuttle from O’Hare. I tried calling but no one answered the phone for about 15 minutes.

離機場蠻近的，也有機場酒店來回的shuttle bus，是和旁邊的Hyatt共用一輛車的，環境還不錯，也是新建的酒店，就是空調貌似開不了，不過我們去的那段時間不是很熱，不開空調也無所謂，如果是夏天去的話還是要考慮一下

I paid for parking when my friend is the one who brought me and drop me off and he was the only person with a car and did not park there even though they still gave him a parking pass and made him pay for parking as well as paid my deposit and did not get it back and the guy on the phone said I should get it back And also they’re very rude and when I was checking in, they charge me twice for my room deposit, and then the man that checked me into the hotel room was very rude to me and my room is freezing cold when I first got in there and then it was so hot. I couldn’t even breathe. It was a terrible experience overall zero out of five star rating.

outside and half of building looked to be under reconstruction though..our room was very nice and clean though. Didn't realize there would be a charge of $20 for parking while staying at this hotel.

Everyone was very friendly no matter what time of day. The hotel was clean and inviting. The price was reasonable. The one thing I didn't like was having to pay for parking in a big open parking lot.

Room and hallways and service were very good, very clean, very comfortable. The people were kind and offered to do whatever was needed. The breakfast had a good variety but the hot food was not very hot when I got to it (a little after 7am). The shuttle driver from airport was kind but the shuttle itself is not coming around every 30 min, more like every 50+ minutes or more.
