酒店總體不錯，設施配置比較全，停車還好，早餐也行，服務熱情。不過還是有一些小問題，如淋浴室缺少放置洗漱用品的地方，造成洗澡時極不方便；再者，淋浴室內牆上裝有配電面板，儘管用膠帶紙做了簡單地粘貼，但總給人不安全的感覺。

酒店裝修太簡單，客房被罩、床單不熨，皺皺巴巴。沒有電視、電話、空調、電梯、早餐。就是一個大車店水平。

客服不錯，可提供插電卡，沒按金。房間大，裝修別具風格：有木雕窗花裝飾，室內有消防設施，傢俱多夠放行李物件，電源插座多。乾淨度可以。衞生間較大，水籠頭不太方便，浴房牆上掛有裝飾畫，雖乾濕分離，但浴房門不能全關閉難免有灑水濺水，地面積水很多不方便。空調間歇性發作聲響。房間隔音不太好。早餐品種多點贊。

前台服務人員服務熱情，因前一天酒店沒有及時提交退房訊息，前台服務人員主動與對方積級協調，及時為我們辦理了入住手續，非常感謝！衞生條件還行，設施有些老化，洗澡間的門壞了，關不上，建議及時修理方便以後的顧客！

訂的是特價房，前台告知房間比較小沒有鑰匙卡，是普通鑰匙🔑，進房間後覺得還是挺好挺大的。附近就餐方便，停車場就在酒店前面，離樓蘭博物館很近，走路不到十分鐘。

酒店位置很好，就在公路邊，博物館也在附近不遠，抬腿就到。博物館對面有很多吃的，可盡情挑選。酒店還配備了凈水器，早餐豐富好吃😋，綜合性價比高，推薦。

酒店房間挺大，裏面還有個會客廳，停車非常方便，斜對面就是樓蘭博物館，夜景非常漂亮，周邊小吃頗多，老闆娘非常熱情，記憶深刻，我住的那天早餐也不錯，必須給予嚴重好評
