"I made a strategy and booked this hotel after seeing a lot of good reviews, but I didn't expect it to be our worst stay experience for a month. I asked for smoke-free treatment in advance, and indicated that it was after the lungs. After I arrived, the front desk said that they could not limit people to smoke. Obviously, they did not pay attention to the habits of customers and were unwilling to do smoke-free treatment, or prepare rooms in advance, even if there was a wind or something. Strangely, the room was stuffy when I saw the room in the afternoon, but I didn’t feel the smell of smoke. But after a few hours, I came back to find the smoke in the house. It was like a room where people had just smoked. I looked for a hotel to let people see it. They also admitted that the smoke was really big, but they didn’t know where it came from. Unhappy, they said that they could add money to change the suite (in this case, the hotel actually let us add more than 100 price difference to change the room!) But I saw the suite, the bedroom was very crowded, much smaller than the room we originally booked, there is a separate living room outside, we don’t need it and feel ugly. The price is much higher. So we chose not to change the room and open the window for ventilation, thinking that it would be fine. I didn't expect to come back after dinner in the morning and find that I slept in this smoke-smelling room all night--this hotel doesn't know what structure it is, can smoke from another house or downstairs (maybe there is a restaurant). Maybe this open disgusting hole by the toilet (Figure 1)? Or a strange ventilation system? Health is the worst we have done in a month, mainly because the cleaning requirements of the bathroom are too low, see Figures 2 and 3. The practice of not preparing rooms in advance as required, and letting us add money to change rooms that we don't like more structures, also shows that the hotel values one-time sales, not customer experience and long-term. This trip for a month, I have stayed in so many hotels, mostly three stars, occasionally five stars, I am actually easy to satisfy, there are two that have not received my five-star praise, this is the second. regret!
