First of all, I stayed for three days and two nights. The hotel is near the Palace of Versailles, about 20 minutes away. The appearance, decoration, and facilities of the hotel are comparable to those of the Waldorf Astoria. I would come back to stay here in the future
room which consisted of two rooms together however, it was on the top floor with small windows. If I knew that in advance, I probably wouldn’t have stayed here and book 2 joining rooms on the lower floor that are getting more sunlight.

Insects in the room. Humid with terrible temperature control. Place is very very run down and in need of investment. TV and phone didn’t work properly. Room was loud despite asking for a quiet room with banging in service areas until midnight. Poor pillows. Carpet has seen better days. No service at bar in evening and very few staff around.

The spa needs updating, the shower in the spa was old and did not convey a 5 star experience. The sauna was not working.
