The first time i booked a city view room was a blue room much better condition. On valentine day I booked the same room type. The boy at reception gave me a cheap red room no better than a airbnb standard. Tats not the type i booked. It’s the cheaper red room. After i confronted refuse to take it. They found a un cleaned blue room. I was not able to check in till 4.40pm! Maybe train employees. Real suck experience for V day.

不得不説這次訂的酒店，非常不錯，酒店位置就在涅瓦大街上，離冬宮和幾個大教堂都很近很近！
來説説酒店房間，房間是沒有任何隔擋的單間，一開門就一覽無遺。以上這是唯一的缺點，剩下都是優點！
房間內部細節方面，處女座細節控表示非常滿意，俄羅斯很乾燥，兩邊床頭都有擺一瓶水和杯子，小茶几上有送可愛的巧克力，迷你吧很豐富都免費享用。
衞生間很大，有淋雨也有浴缸，衞生間的潔具都非常有質感，洗護用品也不錯，體驗感很好！下次去還會住，希望能給個好一點的房間！

情侶出遊，城景豪華特大床房
1、房間非常寬敞、高大，內部設施完善、裝修奢華、各類用品如浴資、淋浴、浴缸，都是極好品質的
2、早餐種類豐富且品質高，魚子醬無限量供應，適合小酌一杯，熱餐如各種粥類和雞蛋餅都需要單點，也是免費的，菜單有英文和俄文
3、房間裏的迷你吧供應豐富，可樂、氣泡水、果汁、啤酒，好像還有小瓶裝的白蘭地，以及巧克力、薯片、堅果、餅乾，都是免費供應，每天補充
4、酒店前台服務熱情周到，英語標準流利，基本沒有俄羅斯口音
5、位置極佳，就在冬宮廣場邊上，步行5分鐘可達，樓下各類店鋪林立，十分方便。
總之，是本次俄羅斯之行最滿意的一家酒店，儘管房價小貴，但絕對物超所值。
值得一提的是，這家酒店是攜程在聖彼得堡唯一給到金鑽的酒店，還有幾家房價更高的酒店，但並沒有金鑽標誌，因此才選擇這家，看來攜程的推薦還是非常靠譜。

酒店位置絕佳，去市區內眾多景點可以全部步行；位於商業街區，吃飯購物非常方便；臨近有俄羅斯天然氣工業銀行的ATM，銀聯卡取盧布非常友好；酒店早餐自助加點餐並行，菜品味道非常優秀，早餐廳環境簡潔美觀
酒店內部已完成翻新，設施齊全智能；迷你吧免費很有誠意；服務人員態度良好，説著一口流利的英語
唯一的美中不足可能就是12點退房了
