Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites - Midvalley

Dark hallways check in Lady WASNT real Friendly. There was no wash clothes in bathroom on arrival. I would not return.

Easily in 8 out of 10 stay. The free breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in my life at a hotel. The staff are very friendly as well but the only problem is some of the equipment in the hotel is broken or in poor repair. For example one of the treadmills didn't even work and the tiny little closet that they call a fitness center. There are only three machines total and one of them was broken. And the elevator kept breaking. Buy some new fitness equipment and fix the elevator and you've got a 10 out of 10 hotel.

Breakfast menu needed variation. On past stays they had coffee cake or baked product each morning; no longer. On past stays the varied the breakfast meat; this year it was only sausage everyday. Needs some updating. Needed daily housekeeping, at least to empty trash in the room

Stayed two nights.Have stayed here many times over the years. This time it was apparent that the Hotel needs to be renovated. Staff also wasn’t very friendly.

Stayed here on a short three night getaway. Arrived pretty late and was quite tried after a long drive. Checkin was great, fast and easy. Hotel even gave us two vip gifts (bottle of water and candy bar). Front desk girl was friendly and informed us of the breakfast times, pool times, and hotels cleaning policy(no daily house keeping, unless you requested). Things change here, room appeared to be pretty nice, until we turned the bed down to find a large stain on the comforter. Again was very late, so just pulled comforter off bed for the night and would deal with it in the morning. Next day went to front desk, told them what we found, they apologized and said they would let house keeping know and have the room cleaning. When we got back to the room later that day we found that the room had not been cleaned and comforter was still on the floor. Again went to the front, again they apologized, said that she would email her managers and this time offered us a blanket. So next day went on with our day, to come back to find that again room 2 wasn't cleaned. By this time i was pissed, so back to front desk. Same song and dance, this time it was the same front desk girl and said she requested room to be cleaned, trying to stay cool i placed to dirty blanket onto the front desk. Saying they haven't cleaned it. All I all, we never did get a new comforter but they did end up comping two nights of our stay. Besides this one issue the hotel was very nice

We have stayed at this property multiple times over the years. It has provided consistency and reliability: clean and spacious rooms, hot breakfast, hot tub and plentiful parking. We use this hotel for our ski trips so the location is ideal. Close to I-215 and the mountains. Staff is friendly and helpful. The building itself could take some updating, but for the price and service, overall it's a great property for our purpose.

Easy access to ski bus and resorts in an affordable location. Hotel offers a shuttle to the midvale station . Rooms are nice, hot breakfast and close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our 3 night stay

problems with no hot water,and not having anyone on staff to take care of problem,big inconvenience

Good value, large rooms, convenient, to sleep and go. Most have a car to get to places Breakfast average. We use it to drive up the mountain to ski, we travel with kids, we took two rooms. Plenty of free parking. We heard there was a pool and spa.
