This Property Requires A 60$ Deposit, Which if booked/reserved through a third-party app is not stated. After spending all our money to book a room here, they would not allow my husband and I to stay there and when we requested a refund, we were told to wait til the morning for property managers authorization, which was also never received. We made our reservations at 11pm and were told at around 1130 we could not stay w/o deposit, and the woman at the desk who was very rude after hearing I had no more cash on hand said to speak to ******* for a refund, which we did, and ******* told us they needed the property manager to authorize, so we had to wait til AM. Mind you, I am 6wks prego, phone was dying, &hubby I were now forced to sleep in our '73 F100 which obviously has no outlets to charge a phone. Soon as I was able to get power on my phone & spoke to both parties; ******* hotel mgr(whom was also very rude) I was informed our refund was denied because "after 4pm refunds are not allowed" and if thats the case then they should not have allowed us to create a reservation there as it was after 4pm. The manager even tried to tell ******* that he wouldn't authorize refund because we never showed up which is BULL. We would NOT have even asked for a refund on our stay there, had they PROPERLY informed on their link with ******* that there was a deposit and NO, not all hotels do ask for a deposit when booked online. So try again, they basically robbed us.
