Don't be fooled by the beautiful swimming pool which is certainly the flagship of the residence. The structure is dilapidated and neglected; the rented apar**ent was dirty, with an unmade bed, the doors of the kitchen furniture were in pieces, the shower cubicle with a door that didn't close, leaky taps and a toilet that stuck. Strengthened by a deposit of 100 euros deposited at check-in without a receipt, there is a decalogue of (questionable) rules and penalties such as 20 euros for each hour of late check-out, 26 euros for failure to clean the stove, 30 euros for however, any rubbish left behind requires 50 euros for final cleaning. Towels are not included in the price (10 euros per person). All the services in the square were not available as it was the end of the season. Rude and incompetent reception. Not recommended

Terrible structure! Arrogant and unprofessional receptionists! Dilapidated buildings! Two-room apar**ent in terrible condition! The only positive note... a bit of entertainment and some evening films and a free shuttle to the beach! Misleading photos of a village that was at its all-time high years and years ago. Don't be fooled!

I stayed at the Cugnana Verde residence with my family from 4 to 14 September in a studio apar**ent near the swimming pool. We had a great time . We did the shopping in Olbia at the nearest Conad Spazio Conad in the shopping centre. From the residence it is possible to visit all the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. The month of September was perfect with beautiful weather and uncrowded beaches. We also visited two beaches in one day as they are all very close to each other and there is always a piece of free beach next to the equipped beach. At the reception of the residence they were very nice and explained everything to us. I recommend this residence for the good price and the proximity to many places on the Emerald Coast.

Franco and Titta from the “Piazzetta dei Sapori” Minimarket pampered us with their delicious sandwiches prepared with such kindness and abundant top quality ingredients… without forgetting the affordable price! It's the perfect place to buy a lunch box for the beach (with some fruit too). If you ask, Franco and Titta will tell you which are their favorite restaurants to dine in! Thank you! To get to the place there are hairpin bends and climbs with steep slopes and sharp bends. The village has a beautiful, clean and well-kept swimming pool, while the whole structure looks old, it seems like being in a labyrinth.... Excellent service free shuttle to the beach! As for commercial activities, there is a place that acts as a bar and restaurant, a shop selling beach items, a kiosk and a small grocery shop, where the prices are shocking....there is no A**....and for find other services, you have to travel by car to other countries.... Not suitable for disabled people.....
