Possibly the best ski hotel I've stayed in ! The way we (a group of 10 friends) were greeted upon arrival was just superb. No queing up individually at the desk waiting to check in. No, this hotel sat us all down in the very comfortable lobby, gave us all a beer and sat with us to explain the hotel facilities, timings, where things were, all whilst checking us in. Marleena and Alex have created something very special here The future of checking in 👍 They organised lift passes for us at breakfast of our first day meaning one less thing to have to do on your day 1 The food here is also 1st class, it was lovely to chat to the head chef after service so we could let him know we really appreciated his work. Nothing has been any trouble at all for all of the staff we came into contact with and they all click so well with each other. Well done to everyone wruone at Hit The Sky

We really enjoyed ourselves at this hotel. The service was outstanding! We felt at home and the atmosphere was relaxing. I loved how check in was done while we were sitting on the couch with a glass of prosecco. At the same time, the hotel has great style and very good food. We also enjoyed the sauna and swimmingpool after a long day skiing. We loved it!

Lovely different hotel next to lifts with a chair out of the valley. Good food and excellent staff who go out of their way to deliver a friendly and helpful service. Remember to let them know about any allergies before arriving. Any hotel this close to the snow, with all these facilities is not an on a budget holiday, but this one delivers.

I have stayed in this hotel before when it was called the St Christoph hotel, which was very nice. But, since the refurbishment and three course cooked to order menu, it’s stepped up its fine quality in hospitality, which is why I suppose it’s called hit the sky!! The Managers and staff have been out of this world. They upgraded me to a double room on a different level, when I mentioned the noise above me was keeping me awake. Also, Alex who is one of the managers even paid for my massage on one of the days, and just said tip Stephen the masseur, who was amazing by the way!! I would like to thank all the staff for making my holiday such a memorable one.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Hit the Sky. The location in St Christoph is great for skiing / boarding, as you're already up the mountain, a bit quieter than St Anton, and is ski in and (just about) ski out. The main living / dining room / bar area is very stylish, boutique hotel. The rooms are simple but well designed, modern and clean, and beds are comfy. The pool is great and a decent size, though there's no hot tub. Wifi was very good. The food is generally of a high standard. Breakfast croissants, bread etc were great and there are hot eggs, bacon, pancakes etc if you ask (there wasn't a breakfast menu for some reason). Dinner was very good overall, and some dishes were excellent, though the menu did tend to repeat a little. What was lacking though was tea / hot drinks / cake when returning from a day on the slopes, or tea / coffee making facilities in rooms. As other reviews have mentioned, the service was very friendly, warm and helpful, which helps to create a good atmosphere. The process from booking through to checkout was very smooth. Overall, a great little hotel, with something a bit different about it, and well worth considering.

This is a wonderful hotel, well-located (amazing ski-in/ski-out from the boot room) with exceptional staff and a great food offering. It was our first time skiing in St Anton/Christophe area though we were with another family also with teenage kids, who usually stay at the Maiensee (which is also, clearly a fabulous hotel.) We didn’t know what to expect of this place when booking it, but from the second we stepped through the door, it was obvious that we’d made a great choice. The vibe is relaxed and informal but this is no way means a compromise on the service. In fact the staff, who are a blend of generally younger, international people, were truly exceptional; highly attentive and personable in equal measure. Breakfast was great. On morning 1, it passed my “orange juice test” ( I am struck by how often the quality of the hotel correlates to the quality of OJ at breakfast!) It was freshly squeezed and abundant. Offerings included pastries , cereals, cheeses, meats etc plus hot breakfasts swiftly served on request. Similarly the three course evening meal (plus amuse bouche) had good options for all. Over 5 days there was not one course or meal that disappointed. This is also a fun place for kids of all ages as well as serving adults well. There are board games, table football, a retro computer games corner and much more. There is also a sizeable pool, together with sauna and massage facility. The lounge area is lovely with open fire and places to chill and the bar was well stocked and brilliantly staffed. They even created a special outside “Ice Bar” as part of the very thoughtful New Year’s Eve celebrations, so we could still enjoy a drink while watching the amazing fireworks. Rooms are reasonably basic but immaculately clean with all you need for a skiing holiday. We would definitely return to this place, credit for which go to the wonderful and talented pair of Marlene and Alex whose vision and management skills truly belie their relative youth. They have created something very special here.

Stayed here for five nights recently and they easily get five stars!!! Had such an amazing time here. Perfect location, the food was incredible and the staff/service were exceptional. Would like to especially give extra thanks to Lola, David and Leon. Lola gave us so much skiing advice and was generally just very friendly and welcoming! Leon and David were always going out of their way to make sure we were okay. Overall brilliant experience and highly recommend staying here.

This is a very nice hotel with a kind of crazy interior - a lot of different special decorations and we just loved it. It is, of course, not in St Anton, but in St Christoph, which is a very small village - so not a place for a party lion (though you can take a taxi from St Anton to the hotel for 30 euros). Breakfast was good and dinner, too. Nice options for food and wine. Especially I would praise the personnel - young, service minded and friendly - thank you!

What a fantastic, cool hotel! - great ski in and out location and a totally unique fit out in a series of lounge and chill out and dining areas. All spotless clean and there are some lovely touches through the hotel. Rooms are not as luxurious as the rest of the hotel but that’s not a problem they are perfectly adequate and functional. The biggest compliment is to the staff who are all brilliant, friendly and nothing is too much trouble - they help to create a really nice almost “chalet like” atmosphere with their attention. Great spa and pool and easy access and secure ski and boot room. All the above made for a truly memorable holiday for our group celebrating a “big birthday” Would love to come back and Hit the Sky again next year !
