"Great stay. We love this hotel and the service and the room is top notch. We have to eat gluten free and the kitchen cook our meal specific to our dietary restriction. We also snorkeled here, the water by this beach is very shallow, good for kids to swim too but make sure to wear aqua shoes due to volcanic rocks along the beach area. Food was great, the vibe is so relaxing and chill. I have many choices of hotel but I picked this one, because of beach access. Even I have to drive 25 min to go for dinner or town of Fira, or else where. I find it is worth it because I can swim in the ocean without jamming with the crowd in Red Beach or some other beaches. Or you can take a boat tour."

"We are mature second marriage honeymoon guests for 9 days at Nikki Beach Hotel and Resort. We loved our time, the service was always attentive and rapid. We own a Destination Wedding Venue INOLA Blue Ridge in the U.S. and understand luxury and service.
The pool design and lighting is spectacular, room views great. Word of caution, if you dont like loud party music 11:30am to 7pm. Do not book a room near the main pool. The small pools at the rooms need more plantings and decor to make them more intimate. Also for about 80% of the pool rooms, other rooms look down into your pool. Go for the view and not the small pool.

"The room is quite large on the island. Very comfortable. The hot water is never hot enough. It's okay for those like me who are afraid of burning. It's a bit embarrassing if you like hot water. Breakfast was pretty good. The waiters are also very enthusiastic. Although it's a little far from the beach. But cost-effective.
The biggest advantage is that the car can go directly to the hotel door. Supermarkets and bus stops are very close. This is actually very important. If you have elderly children or don’t like to walk, be sure to choose the Cliff Hotel carefully. Find the way to find the crash. Climbing uphill to the point of doubting life"

SSha NinaLocation : You can not find a better location than this hotel. The location and exquisite view are unbeatable. And close to everywhere.
Hotel Facility : as hotel built on cliff, there are many small things needs repairs, and some places are needing update. during our stay, our shower leaked badly, also the water is not going down which they have fixed as much as they can and as quick as possible. but we have indoor jacuzzi room , which the jacuzzi can not be turned off, and make the bathroom super hot and uncomfortable , feels like sauna room , and their AC are not super strong, so ,if we keep bathroom door open, hot air come to the bedroom , if we keep the bathroom door closed, then, inside of the bathroom is super hot ( like sauna ) , you will instantly sweat if you step in bathroom if you keep the bathroom door closed.
Food Service: they serve breakfast which you have to chose from a list every night and they will deliver to you in the morning. The quality and selection of the food is quite limited, basically, you get choice of egg, bread with juice and coffee, very basic continental breakfast but without and meat . Their coffee is super weak, if you are a coffee drinker, suggest you to bring your own. breakfast does not serve meat , if you wish to have meat, you have to ask for it and they only have deli ham for you. there is one day , i actually went outside eat breakfast as their food it just too plain and simple , lack of flavor. Their breakfast does not meet up with the rate they charge for the hotel.
Service and Value : Their service is limited, when all of their ten rooms are occupied , be prepared to receive your breakfast very late as they only have 1 person to bring breakfast to each room. And if you request something to be fixed , it can only be done in the morning time as their maintenance guy only work in the morning time, their manager also leave mid afternoon, there is only 1 person who has limited resource to help you.
Overall, this is hotel with super great location and view , but limited in service. I would still recommend this hotel for its location and view, suggest to book OUTSIDE jacuzzi room and without breakfast option ( eat breakfast else where - you have many choices to chose from walking distance from the hotel )

As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos.
Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best.
As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though.
The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature.
The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT.
The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day.
The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices.
There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers.
We did not try the breakfast or the massage service.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!

日日本人..!I took a bus nearby and walked to the hotel. I went there using Google MAP, but it was difficult to find the place.
I walked for about 7 minutes with a large carry-on bag, but it was very difficult as the roads were bad and there were many stairs.
The room was smaller than I expected, and the toilet and shower were open.
I booked the jacuzzi looking forward to it, but I couldn't see the view from the jacuzzi. Even though it was cold, the hot water was lukewarm and I couldn't get it in slowly. The friend I went with didn't get in.
Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices to choose from.
On the way back, the staff carried my carrier to the bus stop, which was very helpful.
I think the staff were friendly and very nice.

AAnonymous UserI took a taxi from the airport, but I couldn't go directly to the front of the hotel by car and took a suitcase.
It is also close to the main street, so it is a very good place for sightseeing in Fira. The view from the hotel is also very good.
The number of breakfast items is small, but there were also a la carte * menu.
On the way back, I arranged a taxi from the hotel, but it was very helpful to carry my luggage from the hotel to the taxi.
Overall, I think it was very good in terms of the ease of sightseeing in the scenery in Fira.

DDean MauriceLovely hotel that is very central in Fira. We stayed on the hotel side of Antonia and loved the decor of the room. We appreciated that they had shutters outside to help keep the noise and light of the room. The room was nicely appointed with many lights and we enjoyed the decor. The bed and pillows were very comfy and we appreciated that there was a coffee/tea station and a mini fridge in the room. The room was large enough for the two of us and there was a nice small balcony outside with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed only had one sheet on it but there was a comforter and the temperature was easy to control. There was slippers available in the room which were good for the cold washroom floor. The hotel rooms have smart TVs that are easy to connect to for Disney+ or Netflix but you have to install an application if you'd like to screencast.
The hotel has some nice common areas to hang out including two pool areas and a space by reception. The pools were closed when we came in March but it was also a little cool so we did not mind. They should be cleaned and ready to go by the summer. We really enjoyed the space by reception where there are lots of seats and benches to sit and hang out with other guests, or in our case the rest of our family. Anytime you are in the common area the staff will offer to make you a coffee or tea which was very nice of them.
The staff are sincere and welcoming. Once we checked in they asked if we had some time or if we would want to go directly to our rooms. We said we would have time and they brought out a map of Santorini and marked down the places we could check out during our stay. The hotel also offers a good tour of the island for 40 Euros per person which includes 7 stops including Oia, red sand beach, a black sand beach and the monestary. We had 5 people in our group and did our own tour using a car rental company nearby but would consider the hotel's tour if we were just a couple. The hotel staff were helpful and responsive even before we came - they assisted us with a booking error I had made and we resolved it quickly over the phone and a short email.
Transport to/from the hotel from the airport is easy because there is a bus station nearby and it costs 2 euros per person and the bus station is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The bus wasn't running too frequently during our stay on Santorini and if that is the case during your stay you can book the hotel's shuttle service - they have a large comfy van and charge 7 Euros per person. The alternative is a taxi and you are at the will of the driver for the ~10 minute drive and could be charged 40-50 from what we hear.
The hotel does not offer breakfast or room service but there are many good restaurants nearby. The hotel recommended a few that were within a five minute walk of the hotel and the one we tried was lovely. There is a grocery store about 100 m from the hotel that has pretty much everything and there's a bakery near the Fira Main Square. Souvenirs can also be bought at the Fira Main Square and they probably have the best prices we saw in Santorini for souvenirs!
Overall, it was a great stay and because we stayed in March we got an awesome price. The room we had was nice, quiet and comfy during our stay.

In the core of the town, it's very close to everywhere. You just have to go up and down the stairs. There's no other way. That's how it is when you live in the small town of Oia. The hotel will be responsible for carrying the luggage to the room, and can also provide airport drop-off appointments. The hotel will also be responsible for delivering the luggage to the pick-up point. It is recommended to contact the hotel in advance to confirm the arrival and departure time details. It is very tiring to find a car by yourself and carry luggage.

GGuest UserWe arrived earlier in the day & asked if we could do early check in. We were told that the room we have booked isn’t available early, so we could upgrade to another room & get early check in option. We agreed. When we checked in the room didn’t look like any upgrade, as it was pretty basic. Also, if these are how most of the rooms are, they aren’t great. The room had a stair to go ‘up’ where a tiny bed was places, and the ceiling was so low that even a 5-foot height tiny person like me would bump her head. The stairs aren’t too safe, so if you have to walk down in the middle of the night to use the bathroom below the bed area, you better be fully awake & cautious if your steps.
Shower didn’t work properly with hot/cold water. I couldn’t wash my hair, had to quickly get out of the shower.
I would have preferred, if they just told us there was an extra charge for early check in.
In case I’m wrong, and this room was indeed an ‘upgrade’ then I don’t know what the basic room will be. Can’t imagine what would be even lesser. Maybe no window / balcony.
The swimming pool was closed, probably because it was still cold when we went.
The property looks nice though, it’s just 10 mins taxi ride from the city square. The rooms have a balcony & peaceful view as there aren’t too many buildings around.
It’s quite & clean. Just that the rooms are too basic & the tiny bed in tiny space was uncomfortable for two people to sleep in. It was claustrophobic for me. Couldn’t sleep well, couldn’t bathe well. But I did enjoy sitting in the balcony & sipping my tea in peace.

GGuest UserAside from being a short walk away from the beach and having ugly taste of bed sheets, everything else is perfect. They have nice continental breakfast every morning, lovely swimming pool, suitable for adults and kids. The sweetest staff but the interior of the building do look a bit old school, maybe they hired an elderly designer. Nonetheless the toilet is equipped, they have a kettle in the room, a mini fridge, some coffee and tea. I would say it is a four star hotel if it’s not for the bedsheets! Bed wise, comfortable enough to sleep. I was in the triple room and even had a nice balcony of my own! Worth every penny spent on this hotel given the reasonable pricing!
