連續住了13晚，18樓 房間陽台能看到海，出行便利，下樓兩分鐘就能到海邊，有WIFI有空調，房東大哥是東北的 人非常好，好評好評，舒服的三亞之旅

老闆給升級的海景房，風景不錯，就是不到12點，那個阿姨催我們退房，説讓等幾分鐘，阿姨罵罵咧咧的在門口，罵了好久才走，快無語死了，本來挺好的，一天心情都沒有了。

При выезде хозяин не вернул нам 100 юаней! Это был депозит за ключ. Сказал что у нас якобы грязные полотенца, но ничего там грязного нет, придумал какую-то ерунду. Нигде нет информации что за полотенца придётся платить.
Апартаменты сами по себе очень грязные, особенно один из санузлов и кухня, всё старое, неопрятное, требует ремонта, раковина в душе еле держится. Плитой пользоваться возможно за плату только. Смена постельного белья раз в 5 дней и надо писать об этом в вичат хозяину.
В комнатах под кроватями много пыли, будто не мыли вообще никогда. По сути только одна хорошая комната, с дверью и видом на море. Другая как гостиная с раздвижными дверьми, если кто-то на кухне включит свет сразу видно, двери прозразные и очень слышно. А в третьей комнате по сути нет вида на море, там небольшое окно, без балкона, очень душно, а кондей прямо над кроватью и можно простыть.
Кто не привередлив жить можно, но лучше одной семьёй либо близкими друзьями, ибо можно поссориться из-за того, кто где будет спать, плюс мешать друг другу из-за комнаты-гостиной.
