飯店的位置雖然在downtown，但是並不是最好的，足足走了6000步才到派克市場，1909年蓋的，看得出來很舊了，維護的不算好，我在義大利住過更久的飯店，清潔也做得不是很好房間一股霉味，但是服務非常好，櫃檯的人員很親切，送行李的服務人員以及代客趴車也都很好，喜歡有歷史感建築物的人推薦可以入住。

This is classic old-school elegance - a little mismatched furniture doesn’t detract too much from the grace and charm of this century-old historic hotel. Staff were extremely accommodating! A highlight was Aperitivo Hour in the Fireside Lounge. A perfect place to stay while attending the Noir City film festival at the Egyptian Cinema.

My trip to Seattle came about because of a medical procedure at a nearby hospital. To my surprise Kieran at the front desk kindly upgraded me to a beautiful suite to have a restful night before the early morning procedure. He and the rest of the staff were so friendly, I’m looking forward to a trip back to enjoy the city and this charming hotel.

Nice heritage property close to cap hill nightlife. Would be a good spot if you’re visiting from out of town for medical procedures as it’s close to many hospitals too.

I cannot say enough good things about Hotel Sorrento. We recently stayed there two nights so that I could undergo treatments at Virginia Mason. On our first night there, I dropped a Diamond earring down the sink and we immediately notified the front desk. Although there was no maintenance staff on duty at the time, the front desk made sure a technician came to our room first thing the next morning to retrieve my lost jewel. The valet parking was convenient, friendly & efficient. Unfortunately, I still have many, many more appointments at VM, but knowing that such a lovely establishment is just steps away makes having to be away from home a little easier.

The hotels is lovely but old. The furniture is veering towards shabby, thin windows let in a lot of noise, the shower head in the bathroom was super low, and the heat was radiator rather than central and difficult to controls. They also had an electrical problem—the smoke alarms sounded incessantly for about 40 mins. But very good service, kind people, clean rooms. Good, not amazing.
