The room is very nice and the location is very convenient. It is next to the shopping mall, but it is closed on Mondays. The hotel is very new and the lobby service is quite friendly. I checked out at 11. In fact, the location in Jiangnan may not be good for tourists. It’s so convenient. It’s still a long way to go to Hongdae or Myeongdong by taxi. I stayed at the AC Marriott in South Korea for the first three nights. The room was not big. In comparison, the InterContinental seems to be quite cost-effective. The laundry and care are provided by Byredo, and there are also some in the surrounding area. There are a lot of delicious food. I like the color of the bathroom very much. It is big and bright. If you put on makeup, it will not be too thick. Hahahaha. Next time I come again, I will stay two nights in Gangnam and three nights near Hongdae~

This hotel feels old. But the location is first-class, the Coex World Trade Center downstairs is so convenient. I ordered a set meal of 90 square meters, which is a bit more expensive, but it is comfortable to cook and wash clothes, and the large living room is comfortable. I often live here when I come to Korea. Breakfast also has everything you should have.

Facility is a little dated but the service and hospitality was great. It’s in the same building with Coex so it’s extremely convenient for business traveller who attends conference in Coex. Plenty of eateries in the Coex mall or along the food and culture street across the road.

The bed is extremely comfortable, the carpet is soft and clean, and the bath water is very good. Front office staffs were great, housekeeping not really attentive to stains on bedding. My duvet cover was dirty after the 1st night and housekeeping team did not change it for me when they made up the room. Front Desk said they do not have any housekeeping staff for the night and they can only get me a new duvet from elsewhere (maybe another room?) as I came back to the hotel late at night. Room size was just nice for 1-2 pax, not much food options around if you are a night owl.

I love the location! The Hyundai department store is just in front of the hotel. The staff can speak english well and very easy to talk to. Considering the price, this place is nice! The room is small but comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for a solo trip.

The hotel is very nicely located next to the COEX mall so it is very convenient to get to the hotel from both Gimpo Airport (Metro line 9) and Incheon Airport (direct city bus 6301) with public transportation. The room was very cosy and comfortable. Unfortunately I found quite a few hair in all the bathroom (in the sink, the bath…) when I checked in. This is a big turn down for me. Besides that everything was clean. The little gym downstairs is quiet and nice to use (maybe it would be a good idea to provide a yoga mat in the gym). A big plus : there is a laundry machine downstairs that you can use. That was really helpful as I have been on the road for almost 2 weeks now.

I stayed here for 5 nights while sightseeing during a concert held at KSPO DOME. The location was great because it was close to the station, COEX, Olive Young, convenience stores, and Starbucks. The room was clean and I had a stress free stay. I'm Japanese, but the front desk used a translator and responded with body language, so I didn't have any problems. I would like to use it next time. It is a hotel that I would like to recommend to my friends. I appreciate the kindness of the staff.

Going to the concert, this hotel is near Jamsil arena, 10 minutes walk, very convenient. It is also very close to the subway station, and it is convenient to go to places such as Myeongdong and Hongdae. Location is good as it is very near Samseong Station, Exit 7. Also within 6-8mins walking distance to COEX Mall. Amenities - I have one star only because when we requested for extra pillows, they informed us that there isn’t any extra pillows available. This is the first time I have heard that extra pillows were not available. Pillows were also very soft and I had to fold in half in order to have some support. Cleanliness - 3 stars as the floor near the side table was rather dusty. As the floor is not carpeted, we could see the dust near the side tables.

L7 Gangnam is a modern ”minimalist” business hotel part of the Lotte group. It's in the heart of Gangnam around 10min walk to COEX and opposite to the Seolleong ro-90 where the bars and restaurants are. Check-in was speedy - if you have bought breakfast then need to remember to collect the breakfast coupons. There is a mini vending station next to laundry and also a FX machines (passport required) which is useful. The breakfast selection is limited so you may want to explore other cafes around the corner (e.g. Levain Rules, Ronnefeldt, etc). The room is basic and functional. The view overlooking the Seolleong tomb/park is nice, especially if you've requested a high floor. Overall it's a good value for money and given the budget would definitely consider again. Pro Tip: though there is 7-11 in the basement and GS25 around the corner, the un-named 24hr convenience store at the back of the hotel has more fruits (e.g. grapes and oranges) than typical 7-11/CU/GS25.

Parking is convenient as there is a mechanical parking lot. Although it is a tourist hotel, I was embarrassed because there were no multi-outlets (I guess it is a tourist hotel for Koreans). It's so embarrassing that there is no middle door between the bathroom and the room. Somewhere between a tourist hotel and a motel... The lobby and information are very clean and nice. Oh, I was so disappointed with the dryer. There was a product that was as big as the palm of your hand and seemed like you could buy it for 5,000 won… .. ㅠㅠ

Pros: Within 5mins walking distance from subway station. Area is not too overly crowded and rowdy. Room space is decent, basin area is spacious. For the price point, it is still reasonable. Cons: Although within Gangnam area, this is not exactly near the shopping district. Cleanliness is moderate, not as clean as expected. TV switched on by itself in the middle of the night, unsure if it is some sort of auto-timer.
