This was my second time to stay here and it was just as good! A very easy place to stay with basic needs and a great price. I really like this place as it feels homely and has all the basic needs covered. The people are friendly and the area is interesting. For me it was close to the river which was great for running! I plan to stay here on my next trip to Seoul!

Очень хорошее расположение отеля, рядом есть всё необходимое. Район спокойный, рядом жилые дома. В отеле очень чисто и тихо. Не дорого! Отношение персонала прекрасное! Очень добрые хозяева! Тут по домашнему уютно! На первом этаже хороший ресторанчик, кормят вкусно! Разрешили выехать позднее положенного времени.) В следующие поездки будем останавливаться только тут!

新沙駅3番出口から5分ほど歩いてスターバックスの裏すぐで立地は楽です。
近くにCUがありますが、あんまり品揃え良くないかも。
19時ぐらいまでは有人なのかな？
チェックインしたらカードキーを渡されてロックの方法など英語混じりで説明してくれます。優しいおじさんでした。
部屋はまず？玄関で靴を脱いで部屋まで行くみたいな感じで、ホテルとゆーより一人暮らしのアパートみたいな感じです。
泊まる泊数分のフェイスタオル、小さい石鹸(使い捨て)、トイレットペーパー、ドライヤー
タンスの中まで掃除していないのか、なんなのか分かりませんが、使い終わった靴下などなど入ってて怖かったです。使ってないコンドームとかもめっちゃありました。なので、そーゆー利用をする方が多いのかなーって思ったり。デリへル的な。
シャワーの水圧などは良かったです。
トイレは水洗じゃなくてトイレットペーパーをゴミ箱に捨てるタイプです。
ベッド付近にコンセントが無いのが不便でしたー
チェックアウト時も朝早いと人が居ないので出口に「⇽このボックスにキー返してください」的なのが貼ってあったのでそこに入れてきました。

江南エリアのシンサ駅やノニョン駅に近く、便利は良かったです。レジデンスなのでホテルと違いシャワー室がとても狭く、少し不便さを感じました。
フロントにいらっしゃるオーナーさんらしき方はとても丁寧な対応で良い方でした。

ベットの下に埃がたくさん溜まっていたり、未使用のタオルに誰かの髪の毛がたくさんついていたり衛生面は気になりました。
