We stayed here on two separate occasions. It was a lovely hotel. Well appointed, clean, and quiet. The bed was comfy and the room very nice. The front desk lady was friendly and very helpful. We were so happy that even though we wanted to eat at the restaurant on property and it apparently was close to closing time, they accommodated us. The food at the restaurant was very good and the waitress was friendly. The tiramisu was amazing. Breakfast was also very good. Lots and lots of choices as well as fresh cappuccino. One thing i really loved is that they provide individual thongs to pick up your breakfast items. Very sanitary. We are thrilled to stay again later in the summer for 4 days. Looking forward to it.

Good morning, we just had guests of Gardenia for New Year's Eve. Hotels outside the center, comfortable as a base to visit the canavis. Comfortable for us who have relatives in Banchette, you will reach in 10 minutes by car. Hot and professional welcome. A good parking and a great local entrance, spacious with bar. Modernize the breakfast room we have not enjoyed. A little disappointed by the room. We had a balcony, but unusable! There were two windows that were looking but you couldn't get out ...little bad for our only night ...For more nights it could become a disturbance ... Old style room still in order and with everything needed. Great night welcome with a gentle gentleman very company! In the morning a quick coffee at the bar and away! All in sum a good stay ... I keep it in mind for future stays!

Our stay at Relais Santo Stefano was nothing but a pleasure - the staff were incredibly helpful, the rooms were large, the bathroom spacious - and the breakfast !!!! was fabulous. WE used this as a base to watch gold at Le Betulle and we will stay here again. Thank you for the most wonderful stay. Great value for our $$$

The breakfast is a must, from freshly cooked beacons and eggs to a soft and crispy french croissant passing by high quality locals products. The restaurant is a precious jewel. “La sartoria” inspired by the fashion history of Biella, is able to offer an amazing culinary experience. The bartenders will change your idea of cocktails, visionary, cutting-edge way to interprete the most famous drinks recepies. The wine selection include the best local wines and amazing bottles from all over the world. Everything from the Agora Palace Hotel is walking distance, situated in the town centre, it will allow you to reach everything you’ll need in a maximum 10 minutes walk. The people, the room, and all the services offered are having the highest quality, I will strongly recommend this accommodation facility to everyone!
