All the facilities work. But I did not know how to use the robot. Customer service was an issue. The waitresses or waiters cannot speak English. Cleanliness is an issue. We liked the breakfast. We liked the bathroom and toilet.

這個酒店我們全家已經多次入住過了，生活和出行都比較方便，離地鐵近，周邊環境更不用説；我這次最想説的是感謝酒店這次多方位給予孩子的照顧和幫助，此次入住比較特殊，是孩子一人入住，因為孩子是去上課，課排的比較緊，酒店不但給孩子辦理了提前入住，還提供了早上的叫早服務，延遲退房等，讓我們遠離孩子的父母特別的踏實和安心，再次感謝酒店及前台的人員！

房間隔音不錯，但是房門隔音非常非常非常差，洗手的聲音都能穿到走廊很遠，這點一定要注意。周邊交通很便利，全程打車毫不費勁，帶娃推薦打車，太輕鬆了。
節假日千萬別去外灘，進的去出不來，強烈推薦北外灘，一樣的夜景，看完還能去白玉蘭廣場逛逛。
上海中心的觀光層不推薦，沒意思，站下面看下就行了。有時間就去國金、iapm、恆隆這些地方。

房問沒施較齊全，整潔乾淨。住的是精選大床房，有2麪大窗，顯的房間明亮寬敞。前台服務員熱情、規範。打掃衞生阿姨工作認真。早餐也很豐富。
