We chosed this hotel because of XIN LIU /Liu Yu Xin XANADU concert Shanghai station (15mins walking distance to the arena). The service, cleanliness, amenities are great and awesome. The staffs are friendly and good especially 小肖 and 乔经理 who helped with our check in. Wanna to give a special shout out to an extremely helpful receptionist guy who helped to pay our cab fare when our Alipay transaction failed, thank you! Location is peaceful and serene. A tranquil stay indeed 👍🏻

It has a very Chinese style and is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. I have been planning to stay at this hotel for a long time. Because I was returning from Pudong Airport, I finally had the opportunity to check in and experience it. The waiters were very enthusiastic and patient, and every waiter I met was very considerate. When I checked in, there was honey water at night and Pu'er tea during the day. They were super considerate. The room was very comfortable, especially the bedding. I had a good sleep. ! The breakfast is also quite good, with a complete range of categories, exquisite and full of care, and the rice noodles are super delicious! P.S. I wanted to go to Yuangu to check in for afternoon tea before (check-in will give you afternoon tea)

Nothing much nearby. Not for shopping trip. Room is clean and big, strong aircon, but bed quality can be improved. Noticed almost all the appliances in the hotel and toilet amenities are local brand. Good to create local brand awareness and so far everything works well except for their coffee machine in the cafe. Breakfast spread is acceptable but cannot compare to international branded hotels. Coffee is HORRIBLE, please change your coffee machine.. cooked food is cold and not properly covered and saw flies around the food. If you do not have local chinese phone, u cannot connect to their wifi. Television shows all local channels. Price point is almost the same as some international brand names but overall gives off a feeling that they are actually more inclined towards local chinese customers. Staff attitude is excellent but a little too pushy to keep asking you for a 5 star rating review online. Overall still a pleasant stay. Thanks.

It was a very good check-in experience. The receptionist at the front desk, Ms. Carol Zhang, had a sweet voice and a friendly tone. I came to check in unexpectedly, and recommended many channels and prices for me to choose according to my needs. I asked thoughtfully about the distance to the elevator. Because I arrived early, there was no big bed, and the twin beds with river view were arranged to be great! The breakfast is also good, rich in variety, and the fried dishes are delicious.

The service, health and environment are all very good. There are restaurants and shopping malls on Changli Road nearby. It takes about 8 minutes by bike from the Expo source. This time I will focus on the shortcomings: Aging facilities: The water pressure of the shower head in the bathroom is not enough, making bathing uncomfortable. The room is not well insulated. I turned the air conditioner on at 30 degrees and used maximum wind for several hours. The temperature near the floor was still 21.6 degrees (I brought a thermometer), and my feet would be very cold at night. Card charging: The room needs to be plugged in to have electricity. That means if no one is around during the day, there is no way to turn on the air conditioner to pre-warm the room. There is no washing machine, not in the room or in the public area. Only one suite had a washing machine installed in the room by a previous guest. Customers who need to do laundry are advised to call the front desk to see if the suite is available before booking a room.

One time I was collecting my laundry at 6am and found they were stashed nice, clean, and folded and put on a shelf for me to collect. Check in times were extremely flexible.
