The hotel is beautiful, great location , everything you need is within 3km, some walking distance (subway station, restaurants, coffee shops and convenience store) hotel stuff was very welcoming. It very clean and smells good. Really enjoyed the breakfast, was hoping that the swimming pool would be open unfortunately it seasonal cause it outside and it in winter. Will definitely book again we really enjoyed our stay 😊

A modern and comfortable hotel, refurbished and clean both rooms and premises, breakfast was luscious and offered a wide choice. The room service was not obtrusive and very attentive to our requests. Reception desk managers are welcoming and responsive. The swimming pool is rather a ”pond”, a price list for the spa is above the sky. Highly recommend to stay in, meets demands and deserves the reputation

The best thing about this hotel were the friendly staff- made such a good change to the usual service level in China. From the parking attendant to the server at breakfast, they were all so nice. Yes, it probably needs some updating (bathrooms) but the room was comfy and clean and the price was really good for what we got. Breakfast had a lot of choice. We will probably stay here next time we are in Shanghai.

A little smell in the room . No entry hall way in first floor , so no car can drop you , or pick you up at the door . Checking in hall way is at 33 floor . Front desk people is very helpful . I love my room with bike to exercise.

The check in was okay,i was surprised when during checkin they asked for more deposit,so despite paying online and during checkin,there is an additional deposit they ask for at the hotel.,the night manager lady(sorry forgot her name) made the check in easier.The family room was pleasant,they had kids provisions including a towel and toiletries,also some play thing.,that was a nice touch.Tries the in room menu and kids menu was okay ,however the rest of menu is trully not worth it!Better go out or order outside.The breakfast was great,lots of options to choose from (no servers to assist with anything though).The pool was awesome ,we enjoyed the facilities ,it is especially clean with the CLEANEST changing rooms and overall facilities in there.,the guys at the pool are great ,helpful and generally helpful.(5stars for the pool department).There are lots of stores just across the road incase you need anything.Check out was smooth and fast.Would recommend this hotel 100%.The distance from hongqiao though,is quite far,worse during rush hours.

The best part of this hotel is that rooms are big and it is walking distance to two subway stations. There is a Family Mart next door and a Starbucks across the street. It is very close to the Century Avenue Station of Metro Line 2 and it is opposite to Exit 2. There are a lot of food around. It is very convenient to travel. The room is noisy and small by the road. When the subway passes by, it feels that the house is shaking. And there is a smell of bathroom inside, it is not recommended for those who want to pursue comfort. The front desk was very good and gave us breakfast. I also mailed back my missing things. If you are not afraid of noisy, you can choose this one.

It was a very good experience staying at Orange Crystal for the first time. The lady at the front desk checked in very smoothly and communicated well. Extending my stay was also very smooth. I didn’t know that Orange Crystal’s service was so good before. I feel it is more than a lot of five-stars. The room is very clean and smells good. It smells good. Auntie comes to clean Super Ness every day and helps open the windows for ventilation. During the day, it is very comfortable to open the curtains and let the sunlight in. This time it is really impeccable. I will give priority to staying at Orange Crystal next time. Highly recommend for those traveling to Shanghai. Great location and super new amenities and service is top notch.

After comparing several hotels, I chose Atour at Oriental Pearl among Atour S, Crystal Orange, and other hotels. It’s still two subway stops away from the Oriental Pearl Tower, and because it’s an independent building, you can’t see the Pearl. Haha. The guys and girls at the front desk were very enthusiastic and provided hot water and tea every time I asked about it. The room we stayed in on the first day was noisy, so we changed rooms after communication. I stayed in Shanghai for 2 days and 3 nights. Because 3 of us had a membership, we got breakfast for a few days. The breakfasts in the hotels all tasted pretty much the same, but the toppings in this noodle soup were quite delicious. There are also water and drinks in this small refrigerator, including sugar-free ones. They cater to all groups and ensure 6 bottles of water every day. There is a washing machine and dryer on the second floor, which is free to use. It looks very hygienic. I happened to meet the cleaning lady and she greeted her very warmly. The hotel's air conditioner heats up quickly. It is worth mentioning that I usually bring disposable bedding when traveling in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, mainly because I am afraid of being uncomfortable when sleeping due to moisture, but this hotel is not bad and I did not feel any discomfort. 👍 In summary, if you are struggling with the same price range, you can consider this one.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Although our standard room was a little on the small side, it was cheap and well appointed with lots of nice features. The staff were lovely and the hotel was clean and new. The food was great and the restaurant area was bright. Next to it, there is a business area with two Macs and a printer, a library, a bar and a children's play area. I really couldn't fault anything about this hotel and that is rare. It's quite near Changyi Metro station for Lines 14 and 18 and there's a shopping mall near the station too. You can walk farther past the mall to the river, where there is a nice promenade for an evening stroll. There's also a family mart nextdoor and a spa and Indian restaurant at the end of the street. It's unbelievable what a good find this hotel is. Although it's not a fancy big hotel with a pool, gym, spa and so on, it is great if you just want somewhere cheap and nice to stay. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. We'll definitely be going back for a weekend or two.

Great views of famous Pudong skyline, though large TV actually rather spoiled the view of Huangpu River and darkened the room. Bathroom a little dated but clean, bed big and comfortable. AC controls didn't work well, and room felt too hot. Check-in reception located on 5th floor, otherwise easy elevator access from lobby straight upto rooms. A Starbucks downstairs and a convenience store a little further up straight , otherwise there are not too many shops or facilities around the hotel area. Short walk to subway , connects with the new modern driverless Line 14 which is a fast way to get into thr city center avoiding crowded line 2. Also short ride to lujiazui where there are some good restaurant options on waterfront. Generally quiet around area at weekends with low traffic.

I was making a normal phone call in the hotel. The hotel said that my neighbor complained that my voice was too loud. I really wasn't yelling, I was just making a normal call on WeChat. It is just across the road from the subway exit of Line 6. You can take the 4th line transfer station Century Avenue. Nanjing East Road, Lujiazui, People's Square and other stations within 20 minutes. Then, the room was clean, the windows were large and spacious. There are two tables, there is a network cable interface, you can play laptops. Wi-Fi speed is fast, free but you need to join Hanting Hotel membership. Then the boss is very good, I said that I need laundry detergent to wash clothes, she helped me get a bottle in a while. The room will change the sheets every day to collect garbage and change free mineral water.
