The boss is very nice and helped us upgrade to a starry sky room for our entire stay. The room is spacious and clean.
There are also 4 cats and a dog (Yuanbao) on the first floor which are super cute and friendly. The location is very convenient as it’s within the Ancient town and there’s food everywhere we go.
The boss even made breakfast and provided us with warm milk and ginger tea every night. Would stay here again next time!

Owner is thoughtful to prepare special breakfast for us who are not use to local breakfast. Also , we had local cow milk prepared by owner to warm our body and to have a good sleep. Location is good too. Overall a good choice.

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The owner is very kind and thoughtful - he wanted to accommodate Westerners and we really appreciated the thought. The breakfast was delicious (we enjoy Chinese breakfast!) and the owner put a lot of heart into his cooking. The hot shower was perfect at the end of a cold day sightseeing. The location is right near the ancient city, but still quiet enough for a good rest. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing hotel that is beautifully themed! Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant and memorable stay! Absolutely enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it!

It was perfect. The boss was so nice. We booked a twin room and upgraded it to a family suite for free. We also had altitude sickness and used the medical oxygen concentrator that the boss had just bought. We had a good night's sleep. Finally, the boss personally made breakfast for everyone!
