I really didn’t consider families traveling with babies at all, so I contacted Ctrip’s housekeeper and after many communications, the hotel sent me a quilt. This was originally a very simple and normal request. Families with children would be given an extra quilt, but they had to go back and forth on this issue more than a dozen times. It’s Chinese New Year, it’s the fourth day of the ***** New Year, you are making me so upset! There are many hotels nearby that cost a few hundred yuan. I was worried that my parents would not be able to live well, so I spent more money to stay in a more expensive hotel. I never expected that it would be worse than a hotel with a few hundred yuan. . . . This 1132 yuan is not worth it and I will never come back again.

第一次來汕尾玩 就發現這樣的寶藏酒店 喜歡這種家庭氛圍的複式酒店 有在家的感覺 環境好乾凈海景也是真的美 前台小姐姐也很熱心 入住前一天就打電話告知 到酒店之前就開好空調總之很滿意 下次還會再來

當天入住的很晚 我自己一個女生一個房間 但是中間出去很晚回來洗澡發現花灑粘了類似💩的分泌物？？而且接口處是有漏水的情況的 當時因為已經很晚了就沒打電話但是拍了照 到第二天才來反饋 但是阿姨説的這是沐浴露…請問是不是沐浴露我不知道嗎？？？現在很多txl用這個沖屁股你們不會不知道吧？？？我真的要吐了……到後面意思就是我弄的唄？我自己一個女生我幹不出這種事 謝謝了

1.房間大清早開始就裝修電鑽敲擊我多次以為是有人狂敲門根本休息不了聯繫酒店酒店説是樓上業主裝修她去溝通這是退房的時候拍的一點了還這麼擾民而且法定節假日明明也不是樓上業主！推卸責任！2.酒店不知道地面問題還是酒店拖鞋很垃圾！正常緩慢走路！在浴室門口直接摔倒！各種擦傷！這種酒店沒裝修好所有安全設施不安全的情況下還是不要出來禍害人了可以嗎！本來對汕尾印象很好，這次入住體驗差極了！請大家不要定！如果想睡個好覺的話！

太垃圾了這個酒店，難以想象花了六百塊住了一個酒店，周圍全是裝修聲，早上七八點就開始施工，沒有停過，直接在你耳邊震耳欲聾，甲醛味也很重，強烈避雷！
