I really didn’t consider families traveling with babies at all, so I contacted Ctrip’s housekeeper and after many communications, the hotel sent me a quilt. This was originally a very simple and normal request. Families with children would be given an extra quilt, but they had to go back and forth on this issue more than a dozen times. It’s Chinese New Year, it’s the fourth day of the ***** New Year, you are making me so upset! There are many hotels nearby that cost a few hundred yuan. I was worried that my parents would not be able to live well, so I spent more money to stay in a more expensive hotel. I never expected that it would be worse than a hotel with a few hundred yuan. . . . This 1132 yuan is not worth it and I will never come back again.

這趟回去汕尾刷新了印象。酒店服務很到位，基本有求必應。配套設施都用的比較好的材料。價格合理。下次有機會會再住這裏。對面就是品清湖，很好的環境。

酒店設施非常齊全，衞生乾淨，隔音也可以，睡了個非常舒服的覺。前台小姐姐服務態度非常好，下次有機會過來汕尾還選這家！

住了幾次 在市區去哪裡都很方便 ，還有冰箱洗衣機 挺不錯的

酒店環境很nice，前台小姐姐服務態度很好很友好還給我們贈送延遲退房耶，酒店房間很乾凈，下樓就是沙灘很方便，去二馬路和火車站都衹要15分鐘，推薦啊啊啊啊！！！！！
