房間裏配置不全，下樓問前台，沒想到小女孩服務員剛和客户吵架還是被投訴糾紛，明顯看出情緒在努力控制，但還是感覺氣場不對也顯得生硬氣大。我能理解他們服務的不容易，但酒店就是酒店，應對各種客人是必須的。否則就不要做這個工作了。建議酒店加強服務培訓！

維也納國際酒店是我出遊的首選，這次與老公去廣西遊玩，專程來到紹山，參觀毛主席故居，落腳於此酒店，酒店地理位置優越，離毛爺爺的故居很近，周邊還有美食街可逛。前台姑娘服務很熱情到位，特意還給升級了房間，大家可以看小視頻、房間配套設施一應俱全，乾淨整潔，床墊很舒適，隔音效果好，尤其是熱水很大，遊玩回來沖個熱水澡，很解乏，早餐也不錯，推薦給大家！

親子房很大，一家三口住得下，唯一不足的話就是房間椅子衹有一張。工作人員很熱情，距離高鐵站和景區也很近，打車10元以內就能到了

入住這個酒店説實話有點上火。本應該堪稱是完美的一次旅行，就因為韶山市區內打不到滴滴和出租車而影響心情。酒店就離韶山南站3公里地方。出了火車站根本沒有車可以坐，全都是黑車，漫天要價。拿着重重的行李衹能任人宰割。將近400元的酒店設施一般。查看了一下，可能是韶山數得上好的酒店了。如果能提供接送服務就好了，哪怕是加點價錢。酒店早餐一般，不算好，但足可以吃飽。前台小姐姐態度挺好。

設施陳舊，環境差，停車不方便，早餐不是一般的差，服務很差，晚上打前台電話要水沒人接電話，早上再打前台電話要兩瓶水，結果一個小時沒送過來，再次打電話催促才送過來，服務態度很差！房間的按摩椅是掃碼付費的，雖然不貴，但是按摩效果太差了，差點給我按吐！這麼垃圾的按摩椅放在哪裡幹嘛啊！還不如沒有，體驗感超級差！順便提一下酒店房間推薦的旁邊思思小廚飯菜做的還是不錯的，乾淨衞生，老闆服務態度挺好的，梅菜扣肉值得推薦，入口即化，特別好吃！
