訂房前打電話問了，店裡價格比網上貴，然後在網上訂的豪華雙人間，到了之後説價格有問題，有問題也不提前打電話讓我退，等我到了還給我登記開房，到房間裏一看是普通間，找前台後，前台打電話跟老闆娘，老闆娘還發火，用本地方言跟前台阿姨説讓我退，剛準備退又把我叫回去給我開豪華間，房間環境差，牆都掉殼了，還不如60多塊的賓館。最氣人的就是那個老闆娘，態度差還問題多，價格有問題自己找平台啊，等我到了才説有問題，還給我換成普通間，典型的欺騙消費者，本來一星都不想給要不是前台阿姨態度好我一星都不給
