Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff! Like the entire line of Jaz hotels, this hotel left the best impression. Territorialeo is located near the airport, there is nothing around the hotel, you won’t be able to go somewhere, you need to go. A bus from the hotel takes you to the beach according to a schedule; on the beach you can only take water and juice, of course you can use sun loungers, you need to take towels with you. The beach on the territory of the Jaz Belberdere hotel is clean, well-groomed, there are enough sun loungers for everyone, entry into the water is both from the pontoon and from the shore. The food in the depar**ent is quite good, high quality, don’t expect Turkish AlL in terms of assor**ent, but the main thing is that it’s clean, neat, tasty!! The entire hotel staff is just super! Thank you very much for such an attitude towards vacationers. !!!! The center of Naama Bay can be reached either by taxi or by public transport, the fare per person is 5 Egyptian pounds. , taxi cost as agreed. The room is clean, cleaning is done daily, there are no problems with anything! This is not the first time we have used Jaz hotels and are always satisfied. Thanks to the staff!

Jaz sharks bay was a great hotel really nice food and facilities and wonderful staff.The only negative was that there are no guest lifts so if you have mobility issues it could be worth considering somewhere else. But for me I loved it

Good customer service, nice and clean pool, nice gardens and that's all positives.
Bad food, music very monotonous and too loud. We booked this hotel to have a relaxing holiday but the music was disturbing. Rooms weren't clean enough and the bathroom stank. We couldn't eat in the hotel anymore (we booked all inc) after two days (we spent a week there) as we felt unwell. We had to eat out.

comfy & cozy hotel, tasty & delicious food, very fast check in & out, very polit, professional & friendly stuff, the rooms were a little bit outdated and needs renovations but still comfy, Taxi services is extremely expensive at the hotel, I'm not recommending it to anyone, just go out of the hotel and take a taxi by your own. the beach was far away, from the hotel but there was a free shuttle bus, during the day, so it was no problem, overall, it was a great family vacation, we had a lot of fun
